After checking several contractors to get pricing for cleaning and polishing the marble floor in my great room I found Platinum Floor Care. I was impressed with their knowledge of the process and they told me things I did not know about marble and stone. The prices were right in line with the others so I chose them. They did a great job and I am going to have them come back and do our granite counter tops.

Andy is very knowledgeable in floor care. He is always on time and does an outstanding job. I recommend him often and everyone is always extremely happy with his work!! Definitely use him!

Platinum Floor Care did a fantastic job removing water from a water leak which ruined my laminate flooring. They were super fast and did an excellent job removing all the water, and even made sure everything was properly dry. Best of all I didn't even have to deal with the insurance company, they did all the work for me. I would defiantly recommend to all my friends

I run a moving company locally and had a crew that left handprints on some furniture and with torrential down pour found out that one of our box truck attics picked up a leak so we had furniture get wet also and stained few chairs.
( moving in a tropical storm no matter how good you are and the precautions you take this kind of stuff happens).

Overall our
Customer was disappointed with the service but she gave us the opportunity to have it cleaned. We called Stanley something and you wouldn't believe they walked right off no estimate, no work completed etc.

I called Andy the owner of this company and knew he cleaned flooring, I over heard another BNI Member thanking him for cleaning their upholstery so i was hoping he could help us.
I called Andy, he asked me to send over some pics to see what needed done. Of course the job is way out of his coverage zone that he prefers to work, very short notice etc.
This man made it all happen. He set up job with my customer, coordinated time and went out and put our customers mind at ease, he cleaned beds, chairs, headboard etc. Not only did he do a great job but I really expected it to cost alot more than it did. Even after a $50 tip which I hope was a good tip it probably should've been 100, I was happy to Pay the bill. I think there may have been some profit left on that job that could've or should've been a loss.
Please do not hesitate to use this man and his services, i can tell by his demeanor that the customer comes first and that he does people right. He knows his stuff, they have the right know how and chemicals. Very impressed. I will be referring you out and I know who to call in the future. Great job Andy.

Ceramic Tile/grout clean. Andy is amazing! Paid exactly what he quoted. On time & took less time than he said. Entire house is ceramic tile/grout and needed cleaning a year after Helene and construction. My house got 4 ft sea & sewer water from storm. Grout was dark gray (forgot to take before pics) and now it's the best it's looked in years not to mention I know it's sanitary.
Also was less expensive than 4 other quotes. I highly recommend!

Our home was ravaged by Hurricane Helene in September 2024, leaving us with 12 inches of water and the loss of nearly everything. By April 2025, after remediation, we enlisted Platinum Floor Care to give our tile floors a rejuvenating deep clean. The aftermath of Helene had left behind not just water residue, but drywall and construction stains as well. Andy, with boundless patience, accommodated our need to reschedule twice. Andy and partner performed a masterful cleaning, meticulously and thoroughly transforming our floors to an astonishing level of cleanliness!

Platinum Floor Care did an AMAZING job on our floors.

We were flooded out from Helene. Nearing the end of our project needed a thorough cleansing of our tile floors. Platinum came in and brought it all back to life.

Even better….Since our initial installation of our floors in 2022, we seemingly never could get the floors clean. No matter what we did, we would have dirty feet. We mopped and mopped and mopped…..
Come to find out, the installers of the floors never really did a good job clearing the THINSET (Grout) from our floors and there was a residue throughout the house. Platinum pointed this out and treated the floors removing all this.
Clean as can be and that problem is gone.

Even if you think your tile floors are new….I highly recommend getting them cleaned by these guys.
