Great cleaning service the guys were timely, friendly and professional and arrived within the time frame they gave me. Try these guys out! my carpets look as good as new. Thank you!

I do not recommend this company. When I called, I got a smooth talking salesman who quoted a nice price. When the technician arrived, he found as many "problems" as possible and refused to do the cleaning for the stated price.

When I called the company, the same smooth talking salesman told me that "I" neglected tell him that I lived on the 3rd floor and that there was no elevator and that there were paths that were "heavily soiled".

1st of all, their definition of heavily soiled and my definition are vastly different. 2nd of all, if it was clean, I would not have called them.

This company uses the classic bait and switch technique to lure you in and then charge you more once their are on sight.

Just got a sales call from "Tammy" stated the company and her name I then stated "we have no carpeting so no need to go on" she very nicely and quickly stated " well you don't have to be so F---ins rude" and hung up on me.
Firstly if this is how they operate a business...run in the opposite direction! Secondly, I wasn't rude on any level and even if I was you called me!

Funny that agent007ppk has the same last name as the owner of the company. I wonder if Alex is the same as Alee Al-Raee, aka agent007ppk. If someone really wants to know about this company, ask an actual customer.

We had our rugs cleaned in 2010 by Master Performance Cleaning Service. Since then they have made several calls using a private number trying to make another appt, even though they were told to stop calling for a least 6 months. Three months after their previous call, I got a call and set up an appt. Due to their inability to respect my request to stop calling, I was reluctant to make the appt, but my rugs looked so bad that I went ahead and had them come out on 2/1.

I called Chuck the day of the service and told him to come after 1:30. He came at 12. My husband took care of getting them set up and left.

While I was lying in bed sick, his helper helped himself to my potato chips. When caught by my mother, who they didn't know lived in an in-law suite on the side of the house, he sheepishly put them back and later apologized again saying he was very sorry. She told him it was very disconcerting to have him going through our food, and he left the kitchen without saying another word.

Feeling pretty violated, my husband and I took the issue up with Tony, the owner. Tony insisted that the asst thought that when my husband gave them 2 cups and said to "help yourself to water", he really meant everything on the counter, including food. I asked Tony why the asst was so apologetic if he didn't think he was doing anything wrong. Tony still insisted it was a misunderstanding that my husband helped create by offering cups for water.

On top of their unprofessional conduct, they put so much water on my carpet that they still smell, even though we turned the AC on and then used fans to try to air out the house.

So unless you want a company who has no respect for FTC rules or your schedule and personal property and does a horrible job cleaning carpets, do not use these guys. The company is shady, and there are plenty of other reputable carpet cleaners in the Tampa Bay area.

Got sick on my job and did not make it to bathroom..
Vomited on the rug.I decided to get it cleaned.Called a cleaning service but it was not done to my satisfaction. MPCS was recommended by a friend Tony and his son Alex came out and did an awesome job..That carpet was looking so good. I will recommend this company to anyone..they were awesome. Thanks MPCS for making my day!

Tony and Alex did a fabulous job cleaning my mother’s carpet. They were very professional and took extra care on the heavy soiled areas and arrived on time! Big plus in my book. We will be using them again......and I am a hard person to please.

The two gentlemen, who showed up on time (by the way), were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and delightful. We had the entire office done and the job was dry within several hours. They moved all the furniture for us as well. I highly recommend this company.

Beautiful job on all my cleaning needed. Removed pet stains and odor, deodorized carpet looks brand new. I love the dry foam approach. Polite, carefully moved furniture, the results were over the top. My area rugs and furniture look brand new. Thanks gentlemen. My house is holiday ready!

This company cleaned my mother's carpet a couple of years ago. It was a very bad experience for my elderly mother. After much back and forth, the owner agreed to refund $50. It was a token payment which would have been horribly inadequate, but at least, something. I even sent a self-addressed stamped envelope for the check and talked to the owner about it twice, but now, years later we still have not received this token amount.

While the owner Mr. Anthony is very professional and friendly...his office manager Dale is not. I told Mr. Anthony that I had put my two weeks notice at my other job which he was fine with. How Dale was not. I told him I had been with this company for a long period of time and need no leave on good terms so I could use them as a reference....all he said.you don't need references here. He then told me after I set everything up with the owner that i should just stay at my currently jib because he doesn't want or need me. I hope the owner knows how his manager speaks and treats other people. Do not recommend using this company for any reason at all. 1

Had carpets done 6months ago. All pretty good then. Called a few months later as per warranty, that I paid extra for. They dodged around and told me that the boss would call and make it right...Never called me. Now at 6 months they try to redo my carpets at the same price as before..Tired of their nonsense and will call company like stanley steemer to do it right!

This was my first experience with this company, and it will not be my last! Very professional, quality work. Made my carpet look like new, just in time to sell our house. I highly recommend them!

One star too many to give to this business. Like others have said, a smooth talking salesman calls, discusses carpet cleaning, gives a price not a quote of $89.95 for 3 rooms and hallway. Technician arrives and immediately starts telling my husband that the stains and high traffic path are too dirty for him to clean. Ok, that's why we agreed to have carpet cleaned, carpet needs cleaning. Tech then says for $250 he'll clean our carpets. My husband says this was all explained to salesman and still said price was $89.95. Tech now calls his office and says we gave inaccurate info on carpet. My husband offers him $99.95 to just clean it. Tech again says he'll do it for $250 but its really a $400 job. My husband declines, tells him we'll get Stanley Steamer. Tech says go ahead and leaves. As he's walking out if our house he says loud "f#@&%#@ trash. That's a fine way to represent your company to a customer. No matter what you think of our carpet, home or us making comments like that can ruin a business. Horrible experience. And afraid for seniors who get caught up in their scam to charge more. Our carpet is not trash, nor are we, or our home, and we live in a highly respectable area. Also note this company has reviews against them with the BBB, Better Business Bureau.

Quoted me a price on the phone and then as I suspected they doubled the price on arrival. I said I wasn't interested so he took off some of the price and claimed it would be the "best cleaning I have ever had" I allowed them to clean the carpets but furniture was not moved, stains were left and I could tell that some of the carpet was not even touched. It was completely dry and dirty. Just received another sales call and when I told the caller I was not satisfied with the company he was extremely rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's a scam.

Tony & his son Alex were prompt & friendly & courteous. They did a wonderful job. My carpet looks like new & they worked hard to get it that way.
I will definitely call them again.

Ali, the service rep from Master Performance, showed up right on time. He took the time to explain to me the process, and how much time it would take.
I asked about the heavily trafficked areas, and he made an appropriate recommendation.
I could not be more please with the service that I received today!

We have 3 teenagers and they can be murder on our carpets. We were in need of some serious deep cleaning. Master Performance came (right on time too!) They were extremely professional, courteous and very well priced. I would not only whole-heartedly recommend them, I will also use them again. I love to support local small business owners and am so happy to have found them. Thank you Tony & Alee, our carpets look amazing!!

I guess they don't read the reviews! First I must state that I've never had this company clean my carpet, we've not gotten that far. The phone sales person, a young female, has on more than one occasion been very rude during a cold call. To begin with I do not like when vendors hide their identities on the caller I.D. The last two calls were listed as "private". My biggest issue is that the sales person seemingly will say anything to secure an engagement. I prefer rotary brush with a separate vacuum extraction. I have large dogs and this process has on many many cleanings proven to be the best.
I enquirered what process Master Pro uses, I was told they use a steam injection variety. I stated I preferred the type I described above. She was quick to say that this was the method they use. I disagreed stating they are not. After some back and forth I put forth that I would do the engagement if I could speak to a technician.
After I was transferred I spoke to someone in the shop. Upon relating the conversation to a cleaning tech, he informed me that Master Pro did NOT use rotary brush scrubbers nor did they use deep extraction vacuums.
I have received repeat calls from Master Pro, and have on all occasions met with rude sales people, whom have attempted to force a cleaning engagement.
At this point it makes no matter if they have the equipment I prefer and implement the process I request, the rudeness and say anything sales staff, I will not use Master Pro, I would advise that the leadership review all the reviews so many of us have taken the time to compile..

Master Performance does it all. Family ❤️ owned since 1990. I love that! I've tried at least 5 different companies since I purchased my home. They did not compare to the meticulous work, friendly honest and thourogh job Mr. Tony and his Sons. Thank you Master Performance. Carpet, tile, sofa, and even the new puppy accidents. Happy Husband happy me. Love the maintenance program.

I have been associated with this company since it started. They are always professional, offer fair pricing, highly responsive to any issues, which I’ve never had any. They take the extra time to be mindful of the furniture and items in my home. The company is 95% on time as scheduled and if something comes up, like a previous job runs longer than expected, I always get a courtesy call to let me know when they will arrive.
