House Cleaning reviews in Largo, Florida

These gus are a total bait and switch company. They quote one price to get in your door then double or triple it with a song and dance. They seem to prey on seniors. Do not use them.

I am new to the Largo area and my wife and I were in need of a good carpet cleaner. We made an appointment with Master Performance Cleaning Services. The owner Tony arrived on time and was transparent about his process, services and pricing. He has a motto “ You don’t pay one cent unless you are 100 % satisfied.” He has been cleaning carpets since 1990 and this is evident by the quality of his work. My wife was pleased with the results. He cleaned all my carpets and did my area rugs. Everything is 100% clean. I highly recommend MPCS.

I did not have a good experience with this company. The tech tried to sell me additional services even though I only requested the dryer duct to be cleaned. The additional items would have ended up being more than $450 which I felt he was just trying to use a scare tactic to push for the additional items. Additionally, he did not clean up the lint that came out of the dryer vent. It was trying to put things back together by forcing the pieces together and was complaining the whole time, to the point where I asked him to leave it and that I would fix all of it.

The team arrives on the spot and did efficient results. They clean everything and now my air duct smoother than ever.

We hired them for a routine dryer vent cleaning, and I’m so glad we did. The buildup was a fire hazard. They explained everything clearly and left the area spotless. Highly recommend.
