The technicians are quick to respond, always provide excellent pool cleaning service, never push for unnecessary add-ons, and take the time to explain how to properly maintain pool equipment. I highly recommend them for any pool cleaning or maintenance needs in Largo. I won’t use anyone else for my pool care.

Have been with Blue Science Pool Service for about a year now. I cannot say anything more about them except they provide quality work and exceptional customer service. Our technician that comes every week, Anthony, is wonderful. He is very personable and very knowledgeable about pool maintenance. Our pool always looks wonderful after he completes the service. I am so very greatful and happy to be on service with Blue Science Pool. I had always tried to maintain my pool by myself. It became increasingly more difficult to bring chlorine in from pool stores and manage the cleaning. Equipment failures and chlorine costs became exorbitant. The management at Blue Science Pool from the first call to this day have always been excellent. My pool technician Jose Garcia Yozada is excellent. great service from blue science pool service. the technicians completed the pool repairs quickly and offered very fair prices. they worked on my spa twice—first by replacing the old filter system with a new cartridge filter, which made my spa much cleaner in less time. on the second visit, they replaced my pump when it stopped working, and once again, did a fantastic job with fast turnaround and a good price. i would highly recommend them! after many years, the service is still excellent and the prices are always reasonable. before contacting them, i checked with another company for a pump and the price was way too high. here, the technician fixed my pump properly and made sure everything worked great. he really knows his stuff and clearly cares about doing a good job. i definitely recommend blue science pool service for pool and spa needs!

Technician Jada Singleton has been providing great service for many weeks now. Last week she exceeded expectations in another way. She discovered a missing pool filter nut. When she told me of the problem. I discovered a suitable replacement in my home junk drawer. Together we fixed the problem minimizing costs and maximizing service up time.

We have used Blue Science Pool Service for several years and have always had great results. Our pool in Largo is quite large and older, making it much harder to keep up than most newer pools. Before finding this company, we tried four different pool services in less than three years, but none of them could handle the job, and the pool would end up out of commission during the summer when we wanted to swim the most. A couple of the other companies were okay, but they just didn’t have the skills or know-how for our type of pool. The technicians here really know pools, and while the service isn’t the cheapest, it’s definitely the best and worth every penny. Our dog also gets excited whenever the pool truck pulls up and can’t wait to say hello. This is one of the few services we feel totally happy and comfortable with.

I wanted to like this pool service and I tried really hard and gave unlimited chances. But truth be told they are TERRIBLE. There is not one person that knows how to do their job. I've had multiple problems with this company. Let's start with lack of communication. First it was the lady with who ever I started service with telling me that I would "never have to lift a finger to my pool they do it all for me" but yet I still had to sweep my pool, the steps always had sand on them. I called and they said well we don't do this and we don't do that. Ok well what am I paying for then? Next problem was I called the office asking to have my pool cleaned on a specific day. Said they would get back to me never did. Called again same thing manager will reach out never did.
This went on for months until finally I was given a specific day which at this point didn't even matter anymore because summer was over. Next problem it was the actual technicians cleaning the pool terribly. There was always dirt in the pool, skimmer baskets dirty, pumps dirty. For the price I pay do your job. Spoke w the manager was really nice and assured me this wouldn't happen again, it happened again. Also told me I would no longer get that specific technician that a manager would come clean my pool. The same guy showed up the very next week. And shocker the pool wasn't cleaned. Called him immediately and said two things were still dirty he called the technician and sent him back and then proceeded to only clean one of the two Dirty things. The technician texted me "my bad". Manager apologized and said they get lazy it's Friday and late in the day and I said that's not my problem I'm paying for a job thats not done. He Offered me full cleaning service for a cheaper price and a credit for all my problems ok fine. Next month I was charged, credit wasn't applied. Next month same thing I was charged credit was not applied. The guy never put the credit in my file. Shocker. On top of that, they double charged me twice in one day hours apart. I Called the office and demanded two refunds because I'm two months past the credit I want my money back and obviously for being double Charged. She said how poorly I have been treated and they don't stand for that to "put her in coach" she would take care of everything. She said my two refunds would be posted in 3-5 days more than likely 3 but she has to tell me the longer one ok fine. 11 days later and I have zero refunds. Called the office was on phone for 20 more minutes of my life just to send me to this sassy guy with an attitude that told me I only get one refund and the other one was credited back. My credit card has neither shown. This place really needs to get on one accord because I have never had such horrible service.

I called more than a dozen local pool and hot tub companies to request services for cleaning or at least help finding someone that could assist us locally. Blue Science was the first one to take the time to suggest things I could do or how to search for the services we needed. Others including Pinch-a-Penny were not helpful at all, and unwilling to suggest other companies or even a direction to search for more help.

The first time, a technician came out to fix an issue with my pool motor—he found the problem right away and soon my pool was sparkling clean. The second visit was to handle a leak that I thought would be a major hassle, but the worker quickly figured it out and now my pool looks amazing. This pool cleaning service truly goes above and beyond!

i have been using this pool service in largo for many years. they always provide excellent service, and my pool stays clean and in great shape. the team lets me know when it’s time to clean the filters or if my pool equipment needs any repairs. my technician always arrives on time for the weekly service. whenever i have questions about my pool or billing, the office staff is always helpful and friendly. the repair team recently helped me out by draining my pool, doing an acid wash, and bead blasting the tiles. i highly recommend this pool service. they have a great team, and my pool looks amazing!
