Cory with Hurricane was great! He was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. They're a phenomenal company really. They have reasonable prices, and get you what you need and don't oversell you.

These guys were amazing! I am so grateful for Sam, Cory and the Hurricane Air team. They were honest and transparent with me throughout the process. Sam even called his family that had the UV light installed, that we were having installed and she showed it to me and talked about the difference in air quality. I am excited to see how the UV light purification works and how much better we feel with the mold out of our system, and breathing clean air again. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Definitely ask for Sam and Cory if you can, they were a great team. They worked fast and efficiently. They answered all of my questions, they worked with me on the price, and they went above and beyond with the service. Super happy customer, and I will definitely call them back for the maintenance and to check the system next year. Definitely have your HVAC check for your family's health.

****Updated review. I called the office and asked if they could come back out to show me that the lights were working for mold eradication. (4 months later) Cory came out. He was so nice. Showed me pictures of the inside and how the lights were working. Super grateful.

The Hurricane Air tech Cory, examined and took photos of my ductwork but found them to be clean of any noticeable dust buildup, showing me as well. He did vacuum out all the dust buildup in my dryer vent including manually pulling out a large ball of lint caught in the stack on the roof. As my house HVAC ductwork was clean he charged me for only a service call. Satisfied customer.

I just moved here from out of state and noticed that my air ducts seemed old/gross so I found Hurricane on Thumbtack and setup their vent cleaning.

Cory came out and to both of our surprise, the vents were clean (and recently replaced). He was very honest and transparent about this. During his thorough inspection, he found that the air handler and fan were caked with mold. During my pre purchase inspection, a *different company* assured me the system checked out. Clearly they cut corners, UNLIKE Cory.

Cory removed the mold from all surfaces, disassembled and scrubbed the blower and reassembled it with professionalism and high attention to detail.

Regarding the mold prevention going forward, he gave me two options, a UV light and a more comprehensive Hydrogen Peroxide system, and fully explained the differences and the benefits to both. He didn’t try to oversell or push false things to get $, as some companies do, and he patiently answered all of my questions! This is huge to me, as I’m aware the system is about 20 years old. He could have easily tried to upsell me on a new unit I didn’t yet need, as I’ve had other HVAC companies do in the past.

Cory also inspected and cleaned my dryer vent, which had likely never been serviced by the previous owners. He verified the brush made it to the vent on the roof and showed me all the before and after results.

Cory made a lifetime customer of me and my family and the properties we will own in the future here in Florida. Thank you guys for amazing service and making the process of moving states easier on my family.

Very pleased! Christian and his partner showed up on time and explained their process thoroughly. They took care of both systems in our house as well as the dryer vent. Friendly, courteous and professional service.

Austin took the time to show us and explain everything that he found. Both him and Carmelo were very polite, attentive and professional. We are glad we had them taking care of our A/C needs, we will be trusting them with the system preventive maintenance from here on.
