Sunrise was great to work with, fast appointment and follow up. Our technician Noah was also great. He explained everything to us, including documentation and pictures. He was quick and thorough and of course very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Josiah was perfect, as he is every time. And Blue Collar Heating and Cooling is a fantastic company. Great customer service. Immediate response to any problems. Punctual and polite. Five stars!

Nick was very professional and friendly. He took many pictures and explained in detail the work that needed to be done. It was especially helpful when he prioritized for us so we could determine what was immediately necessary and what could wait if necessary. Highly recommend Nick and Blue Collar (aka Sunrise).

I am so happy about the service from Sunrise Heating and Cooling today. My AC broke this afternoon and Anthony arrived a few hours later. The office kept me updated on the expected arrival time every hour. Anthony diagnosed the problems very quickly and explained everything to us. He showed us the broken parts. He took before and after pictures for us, so that we can have a record of the work done. The cost was surprisingly reasonable especially considering how late in the day they started. They were very professional, nice, clean, and considerate. They answered all of our questions and left our place in excellent working order. I highly recommend this company.

Anthony was highly personable, very informative and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, presented options, solutions and recommendations.
While the “diagnosis and prognosis” were not pleasant for my 20+ years old HVAC system, Anthony’s spirit, personality and professionalism made the experience much less unpleasant. Anthony is a special fellow who represents, in my experience, a special company.

Anthony Was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. He brought a trainee with him
( Corbin- which is a good thing as he can learn more in the field ) and still did a great job in a timely manner. Did the diagnosis and was not pushy with repairs. I did receive 3 different estimates. Even with my system being over ten yrs old he did not try to sell me on an upgrade like other companies. I will be calling them back!! I do need further services and yes they now have my business. Thank you Anthony and Corbin.

The techs are always very polite and professional and Corbin was no exception. He was thorough in his inspection and took the time to compare his notes with notes from previous visits, then come up with recommendations to help my HVAC system run more efficiently.

We recently had Justin M. and Colin D. come service our AC unit. They were on time, friendly, professional, and explained everything that they were working on to me. Another good experience with this company; the first was for electric work and now this for AC - we will definitely be using them again!

Ac died around 4pm, called around to a few places, all said tomorrow with no options for same day. Gracie was wonderful on the phone, scheduled an emergency call for same day. Justin and Colin were great at explaining things, answered all my dad's questions, got me up and running, plus my dog loved them and kept bringing them the ball. They found an issue with my breaker and I have a maintenance call set up! I'm thankfully for their help and relaxing in my cool home.

Very pleased with our Sunrise experience. Our Tech., Noah was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Our next system check was with Anthony and he did a thorough inspection and tune-up of our AC unit. He is very knowledgable . courteous and detailed. We could not be more satisfied with Blue Collar service.

Travis arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and totally knowledgeable. He completed the repair of my AC issue in a very timely manner and explained everything to me in detail. I've used Sunrise in the past and will definitely continue to do so!

Anthony did his usual thorough and fast job assessing our heat pump outage. I was especially happy with Blue Collar answering the phone after hours and getting someone out here as quick as they did!

Anthony is fantastic! This is the second time he’s been out, and he always is very professional and demonstrates a passion for what he does!

Anthony did a great job diagnosing my AC problems and it was only the thermostat. When he went to replace the thermostat the wire was lose and he tightened it down and everything tested correctly. I appreciate his honesty. I have 7 AC units with Blue Collar and they keep 4 homes cooled. I definitely recommend Blue Collar for your AC needs.

Our AC was not blowing cool air and it looks like the fan was making more rusted noises than an industrial boiler on this humid weekend. We decided to call this AC repair service.Both Justin and Colin were wonderful and cordial during their time and service. They were attentive when communicating with my daughter and I throughout the diagnostic of my AC and were even able to check if I still had an active warranty for any of the parts I needed for my unit. And I did, which actually saved me more money and decreased my stress level.
Not only were they able to figure out all the issues with my AC but we're also able to provide a list and pictures of what needed to be completed today.
The Blue Collar Heating & Cooling have my vote as the best HVAC in not only providing attention to my AC unit but also any future maintenance.
