Sunrise Heat & Air has the best support staff in the business. Anthony, the technician who came to provide my yearly maintenance was extremely thorough working both inside and outside my home and he spent time explaining to me in "layman's terms" what he was looking for, how my system was working and provided a myriad of photos as well. Anthony sets the bar for stellar customer service and my sweet little sausage dog loved the neck and head tickles.

Anthony was fantastic and very detailed . He explained everything to me in a way I could understand since I'm no AC expert. Super friendly and informative. The company itself is amazing . I love the fact that they finance and that they have the monthly membership!

Josiah and Josh installed my new Bosch AC unit 2 days ago for Blue Collar Heating and Cooling. I couldn’t be happier with these very knowledgeable and helpful installers. They took time to explain the unit and answer any questions I had and did an amazing cleanup of my garage! Smart, nice young men.

Noah was my technician. He was very polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and did a thorough diagnostic test. The problem was a bad capacitor, which I suspected. He dis.make some other recommendations that make sense. In retrospect, I could of easily changes.the Capacitor myself. The part is around $40.
I am glad I had the entire system inspected, but I thought the $380.00 charge was a bit excessive to change a relatively inexpensive part. I would recommend them. They are honest and trustworthy. Noah waa great!

There are only 2 reasons why mistakes are made. It is either lack of knowledge (don't know how to do the job right) or lack of care (no investment in whether outcome is right or wrong). Tavon and Johnny knew both what they were doing and wanted to do a great job.

Our neighborhood was damaged due to hurricanes. As a part of our project to make our 100 year old historic home more resilient to the climate change that Trump refuses to acknowledge, we had Blue Collar (a.k.a. Sunrise) elevate out AC condenser. Tavon and Johnny showed up on time and explained everything that they were told to do. It lined up exactly with what Nick the original project estimator said needed to be done. Tavon even was careful to discuss the need to cut back some of the Bird of Paradise to make the condenser unobstructed. Leveraging their diverse (D) ideas, we agreed on an equitable (E) place for mounting. They were very inclusive (I) especially when it came to which breaker needed to be turned off so no one was shocked!

When I "woke" from my slumber I was very happy with the work, but saddened that it needs to be done. We won't be able to control Trump's climate on the outside, but the inside of our beautiful historic home will be welcoming and comfortable.

I was very pleased with the service from our technician Dan for a maintenance call in Seminole. He was great to work with and explained everything to us we had questions on. We will be doing a maintenance plan with Blue Collar going forward. Thank you!

Blue collar came and installed a new A/C system. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their price are reasonable. If you should have any problems, I would definitely recommend them.

Anthony was top notch. Very professional and personable too. He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it quickly as well. He was transparent about the necessary fix and the cost every step of the way so there were no surprises. Definitely recommend these guys!

Blue Collar quickly diagnosed the problem and worked within my schedule to set a date to resolve it. I received a text informing me of the 3 hour window in which they would arrive, and then a call 30minutes before the technicians arrival.
The technicians were polite and efficient. They explained everything and showed me the finished product—pictures if necessary.

I highly recommend Josiah of Blue Collar HVAC. Josiah led a crew of professionals to install a heat pump system and entirely new ductwork. Josiah is a perfectionist. He is both a strong manager and a hands-on professional - especially for the most critical, challenging parts of the installation (I.e. new return duct in the far reaching point of the attic). He did not overlook any of the details (from the system operation to damper direction). He is punctual, efficient, happy to educate, extremely polite, trustworthy, and delivers on expectations.
