Blume has come through for us twice now! Once to replace a blower from the HVAC and another to replace the capacitor on our unit. Response time was quick both times! Same day and next day (due to a late call the night prior). The techs, Chris and Oz know their stuff and have years of great experience between them, not only just to fix the issue, but to also teach me as the homeowner what I can do to help keep my system running smooth. Highly Recommend!

We will recommend Blume Mech Services to family and friends for sure. We have never felt so comfortable with an A/C company before. After having this other company out four different times Blume came out assessed our issue job completed this past Wednesday May 14th. One visit, one problem and one check. And the best part we never felt as though we were being taken advantage of. That goes along way today!!!!!!

On a Thursday night my a/c went out and I could only "google" who could repair a Bosch system. Fortunately, Blume is certified for Bosch. It was late so I called the next morning and received same day service! Chris is an excellent technician and diagnosed the problem quickly. I also requested routine maintenance and was so happy with his great job, I asked for bi-annual service as well! Finally, I've found a great a/c company and technician that can service our Bosch!

The team had to come out multiple times to fix the same problem. I inquired about payment every time they came, despite the hassle of them not being able to fully repair the issue at hand. A year later, with no previous communication that a balance was owed, I received multiple invoices and even a threat to send me to collections over it. What I inquired for clarification since it had been so long? I was met with annoyance and distain instead of an apology and explanation.

to assess the problem within an hour! The mechanic was extremely courteous, professional, and solved the problem quickly. He even gave me a mini lesson on how compressors work! My existing air conditioner broke down after a number of years of operation and I needed a new one. I received a price on a new one from my current provider and the cost seemed much too high. I did research on local HVAC companies and came across Blume Service. I’m really glad that I found them as they offered an excellent product at an excellent price and they were so easy to work with. Both Tye and Chris went out of their way to facilitate the installation and work around our hectic schedules. I’m very happy with the end product and I highly recommend them.

Super responsive to our AC issue and once the team arrived they were very knowledgeable and solves the problem the next morning. Chris was the main tech and he went out of his way to follow up and make sure everything was working as expected. Blume is a great company, with good & smart folks, who are Bosch experts. I asked these folks for a second opinion about our AC system. I really liked Chris, the technician who evaluated our system. He was personable thorough and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything. However his evaluation saved me money.

A/C STOPPED WORKING AT OFFICE. CALLED THE A/C COMPANY WE HAVE MAINTENANCE WITH TWICE. NO ANSWER. CALLED SUN UP AND WITHIN 2 HRS A/C WAS REPAIRED WITH COMPLETE EXPLANATION AS TO PROBLEM. SIGNED NEW CONTRACT WITH SUNUP. SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. NEXT STEP IS TO SIGN UP HOME A/C FOR SERVICE.

After calling over 5 places to see about same day service for the sudden death of our AC unit, we finally found Sun Up Services who could come out same day. Nick and Ethan arrived within the expected timeframe and diligently worked to figure out why our AC unit stopped working. Eventually they discovered a burned high voltage plug and replaced it for us, saving us from a potential fire hazard and death by heat stroke, for an affordable price!! And they were both extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. We highly recommend Sun Up Services to anyone who needs urgent or regular AC work!

Although our specific warranty program did not include Sun Up they were so helpful in helping us find other companies but also just incredibly professional and kind.
I wish they were in our program it would be nice to hear a positive and helpful person on the other end of the line.

We had our air ducts placed about a year ago by a different company. When we discovered that we had issues with the ducts, we contacted the company that performed the job, but unfortunately we received terrible customer service. We knew that we had to go with a different company to get the job done correctly and in the timely manner.

Sun up Services was recommended by a friend. Shawn came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He provided a detailed estimate. He gave us options and described the pros and cons of each option. The installers were knowledgeable, hardworking, and professional. On the installation day, Shawn personally came out to oversee the work. We also appreciated the ease of communication with the office. It’s evident that this company takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best quality service.

Fast, Friendly, Local, Honest

I made a call after AC stopped working. Less than 2 hours later they were at my door. Tony, my technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our issue and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Outside fan motor had died. There were no up-charges or hidden fees. Thank you to the superb office manager and to you Tony.

Once again, Ethan did a PHENOMENAL job today during my semi-annual HVAC preventative maintenance visit.

I give this company 5+ stars. Another company tried to take advantage of us to the tune of over 7 grand. Nick P was terrific. He assessed our AC unit and took the time to explain what he was doing and figured out the problem which was a simple fix. He was very professional, polite and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We now have a new AC company we can trust. I highly recommend Sun Up Services.
