I would highly recommend Sun Up for your A/C vendor. My air conditioning unit died this week. Nick and Ethan did am outstanding job and I felt like they were really committed to making my installation perfect. I was given 4 estimates and paid the exact amount of the unit I picked. They were on time and went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Shawn was one of the best people I have ever worked with, I had my duct system completely replaced due to the age and condition of the ducts under my home, His employee Nate is one of the most conscious and hardest working employee I have ever watched work, Nate explained every detail and every step of the job as it was being done, I would highly recommend Shawn and or Nate to do any of the A.C work or A.C related work you need, You will not be disappointed!!!!

Had blower motor go out overnight. Woke up and called them out. They were here at 7 am and had to go get the new blower but still done around 9am. Super fast and friendly. Definitely my permanent a/c guys!!!

Sun Up has serviced our AC on two occasions, and both times have been positive experiences. During the first visit, they replaced our dampers and installed a Fresh-Aire UV Light System. Nick and Ethan were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient in their work. Recently, I had to make an emergency call on a Saturday morning at around 8 AM, and they assured me a technician would arrive between 9 and 11 AM. True to their word, Ethan arrived punctually at 9:30 AM. This time, he tackled a significant clog and performed a Drain Line Rejuvenation, effectively clearing all the debris. I plan to use their services again in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.

Since we just bought our home, Cliff the technician, checked and our unit was still under warranty. Another company would not have checked the warranty and just charged us. SunUp Services is always available if we need them. We have a service contract so they come out every 6 months to check on our equipment. Very nice folks, too.

Ethan showed up exactly when he said he would, listened to the problem I was having, and handled it with professionalism and quickness. Had my air working within minutes! SUNUP Services was able to fit us in their schedule the same day I called. They were very professional and replaced some major components under warranties quickly on a very hot day! Their service fees were reasonable when I compared to other companies. Very satisfied.

Shawn and his crew at Cool Air did an amazing job🤩 very thorough and detailed. Replaced our old AC unit, the handler and all the duct work. They were professional quick and courteous. Did an a great job keeping the house clean with 7 kids and a dog running crazy. So grateful for all they did! Even fixed a ductless until we had!

Ethan the service engineer that removed and fitted new evaporator, did an absolute great job. He was very professional, experienced and courteous. I would recommend SunUp Services and Ethan anytime!

Beware. Company way overcharges. I have used other companies and I should have stuck with them for replacement. I thought thermostat was broken and it would have been under warranty. No it need to be cleaned out. Wanted $280 to do it. On top of the $79 service charge. I have never had another company do that. They would have cleaned it out and maybe charge a nominal fee but in the past none if them have charged. This happened one other time. Try to charge me $1500 for a diagnosis. Another ac company charged $290.

Richard did a Precision Tune-Up on my AC system, explained clearly and showed me the work that needed to be done. Very professional.

That's funny on how you cannot locate me. However, when I gave the one star your office knew who I was and immediately notified your tech Genn P. Which he called me and asked to delete the review. Now, about the 1 star review. Your company was scheduled to come out for regular maintenance. My unit was working fine except for a clogged pipe which leaked inside into the pan. Glenn used the wet vac to unclog the pipes outside but didn't care to drain the pan inside leaving the water in the pan. He did not do any maintenance. He tried to sell me a new unit because my AC will be 10 years old in December although has no issues. Glenn then tried very hard to sell me a new unit and took the handle to the ac breaker to show me the coil had rust and left. After 10 minutes my house reached 90 degree and I called the office not knowing why the unit was not working. Glenn then advised me over the phone to put the handle back on because he forgot. He procecedered to ask me to remove my review because it would fall on him. If he had tested the unit before he left, he would have noticed it wasn't working but he didn't. He also did not unclog the pipes because the leak remains. Glenn only focused on selling and did not care about anything but selling. I was without AC for 2 hours in July because your company uses scheduled maintenance to sell and rip off people.

Our AC went out over the weekend and Air Rescue was able to come out same day. Scheduling was very easy and communication to make the appointment was great.

I’m docking a star from the service we received. We had already removed the cover from the unit and potentially diagnosed the issue as a failed capacitor. I communicated this to the tech. He began working on the unit without telling us that was in fact the issue. If he had confirmed this, I would have replaced it myself. When he finished the repair, he left the cover off of the AC unit.

I appreciated the quick service but think that the issue should have been communicated before the work was started. I don’t mind paying the fee for diagnosis of an issue, but would have appreciated the opportunity to address it myself.
