Mike M from air rescue did a great job. He found a burnt wire in a 2 year old unit and fixed it and made sure the ducts were solid with retaping. A pleasant guy and I like the way the company lets us track then tech on the road with the miles out and ETA beforehand so we know exactly when they are coming. A great feature no one else had so far that I've seen.

Nicholas was very helpful, knowledgeable in his trade and troubleshooting lead him to a simple starter relay that was wired incorrectly. I highly recommend him and will make sure if there is any other issues or repairs required to request his services. He definitely represents what a quality driven technician should represent in today’s complex systems.

I have a maintenance agreement and they came out for a 6 month a/c check up. He did not clean the unit and didn’t spend 1 minute in the attic where the air handier is. Didn’t check the heat at all. A/C had been working fine. He said I needed a new capacitor, said mine was going bad. My unit is only 4 years old. Charged me $354 which supposedly included my discount for my maintenance membership. Found out the capacitor only cost $20. I feel like I was taken advantage of as I am a senior woman with no knowledge of A/C parts. It’s really hard on a fixed income to fork out for unexpected expenses. The whole thing just felt wrong when I had not had any issues and my unit is only 4 years old. Also, every time they come out they are trying to sell you something. I called and canceled my maintenance membership after many years. They offered to send another tech out to clean it but never offered to give me any money back. It doesn’t appear like they do any cleaning with the maintenance, just looking for a way to charge you for something you may or may not even need. Going with my gut on this one.

We’ve been having some AC issues the last few months, called Plan B last night after hours and we had someone at our house early the next morning. Glen came out, very professional and very kind, discussed in detail our options. We decided to replace the unit, not because we felt pressured, and they are installing the same day. We are extremely happy with Plan B. We had them out on a service call last year, they were fantastic then and even better today! We love Glen! He’s the BEST!

Richard S is the best technician that we have ever had . He is so thorough and respectful. He explained every detail of what we need and what we should watch out for going forward. We always request him for our service tech.

He was excellent explained everything. I just wanted to get an estimate so I paid no money today but he sent me the estimate on my phone or an email. I think it’s a little high so thank you very much. I’ll call you when I need you.

One of the best technicians to come to our unit. Dylan had current test equipment to measure temperature differences at input & output positions. He also shared measured stats with us to let us know our unit was in proper working order. Would definitely request him to come for our inspections in the future.

As always. Grant arrived on time and provided excellent and thorough service of my AC units. My son is thinking about becoming an AC tech and Grant allowed him to shadow him during the visit explaining things along the way and imparting other fantastic information and advice. Thanks Grant!!!

I had a great experience with Luis B from Air Rescue who came out to do routine maintenance on my A/C unit. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The service was efficient and thorough—he cleaned and tuned everything up, and the unit is now running smoother and quieter than it has in a long time.

He worked quickly without cutting corners and left everything neat and clean when he was done. It’s always a relief to deal with someone reliable and skilled, especially in the Florida heat.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch A/C service done right the first time!

Zachary from Air Rescue was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, respectful of our home and very thorough. He changed all of our air filters and answered all questions and gave us updates as he worked doing a maintenance check on our two systems. Hope to have Zachary again in the future!

Dylan came out for the service call that I heard about on the MJ morning show. He was very professional and told me what his computer was looking for when checking out my older Reem AC unit. Unfortunately, it showed a leak, some whining noises and fans working too hard, but not giving adequate return. My unit is from 2011 with older technology. He explained my options, and since it was going to take some money to bring her up to date, I opted to replace the unit with a Goodman. Air Rescue offers financing to make the decision easier to handle. I was very happy I called them and recommend that you at least call them to service your AC.

Martin arrived right on time and was exceptionally professional throughout the visit. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing at each step, which made the whole process easy to understand. Everything was completed efficiently, and he left the area clean and tidy when he finished. On top of that, he was very friendly and courteous, making the experience pleasant from start to finish. I couldn’t ask for better service, highly recommended!
