My air conditioner quit running. Turns out the drain was clogged. Glenn got it cleared. He is always friendly and personable.

They came out within a couple hours!! Richard found the obscure little problem immediately! It was a tiny sensor that was knocked off by my contractor and it shut the whole unit down. I thought I would roast in the house in this heat! He was fabulous!! It was a repair call, no parts and done in a couple minutes!! I am absolutely delighted with Air Rescue.

Luis did an outstanding job! Extremely professional. I will request him for my next service!!

My A/C went out during the holiday yesterday so I called Air Rescue last night and they came out 1st thing this morning. Nicholas L was great and very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he answered every one of them without hesitation. He is a great technician and would highly recommend him and Air Rescue to everyone. You will not be disappointed. I thought I didn’t have a warranty and he went up and beyond and found out I did have one. That to me shows he cares about his customers. Thank you very much.

This was just our 6 month service that we have done as part of our extended service.
Mike pointed out that the surge protector had gone off and recommended we replace it. Well, it served its purpose and protected our HVAC system so we did.
Great service as usual.

Luis did a full diagnoses and resolved the current issue. This issue is an ongoing matter. I call Air Rescue every other month for the same problem. My AC unit is only 2 years old and this drain clogging needs to be re evaluated or reinstalled properly. Overall, Luis was very professional, honest, and fair. I hope he is the tech that comes to my house when needed, every time.

The tech was nice and did a great job! He fixed the issue which was a clogged drain line. My complaint is how much we were charged to complete the same service we would receive during our 6 month maintenance visits. We pay once a month to have maintenance twice a year. The tech stated the AC stopped because the drain needed to be cleaned out, which they would've done at the maintenance visit we have set up in two weeks. I called the company while the tech was here to ask why we are being charged over 300 for a service we pay for yearly and saves them a trip from coming out in 2 weeks. The staff on the phone were unhelpful and the supervisor stated he has to escalate it to the main office which was closed today due to it being Sunday. Very frustrating for being a long time customer that pays monthly. Hopefully I hear from someone this week to settle the issue.

Grant was wonderful. On time, very knowledgeable. Communication was great as far as explaining what was going on with our system and different options etc. Would highly recommended him to anyone and would happily have him back for any future issues.

Today Richard S came out for our annual checkup. He was wonderful too. Very quick and thorough. Took the unit apart and cleaned and sanitized it. Again, you can't pay me to change companies.

We have been using Air Rescue since 2019 and you couldn't pay me to go any where else. Daniel was very nice and explained everything he did. BEST EVER

Dan is awesome!!!! Dan is reliable, a hard worker, and very competent in his job. He explains things along the way, and he is very willing to answer questions. Dan is very personable and we are lucky to have him perform our AC services. He is an absolute asset to Air Rescue. Nicholas was fantastic. Very friendly and very knowledgeable and respectful. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all with out hesitation. I called Air Rescue Monday which was a holiday and they came out this morning to get my A/C working again. He found a couple issues and repaired them right away. I didn’t think I had warranty on this unit and he and his team went out of their way to find out and in fact I didn’t have a warranty. I was happy with everything. Do not hesitate to call them. Thank you

I highly recommend Dan. I've been a loyal customer of Air Rescue since 2020, and they've consistently taken excellent care of us—whether for routine maintenance or emergency service calls, which inevitably seem to strike during the hottest summer days and at the most inconvenient times.
