Andrew put in our system ,put drain lines in at wrong angle,ac keeps getting clog ,had to pay for him to unclog the lines afew days later drains clogged again,call him he said it cost 300+ for new drain lines to be installed so he wants us to pay for his bad install,he said he can't come out cause he got his kids,so the 24 and 7 is bull****, asked for his lawyers name he hung up,my wife had to figure out how to unclog the line.and we paid alot for this unit / install,,not a good businessman,or person.
