Fernando was the on-call tech when I called in on a Sunday. I had previously gone to another company, but they were not willing to show up until 4 the next day. He got me up and running that day, then came back later in the week to perform more in depth repairs. Adirondack came back with better pricing than the prior company I had called out for the same repairs, so it seemed like a no-brainer to me. Fernando was very professional, polite, and very clearly had an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems as a whole. He laid out drop cloths to protect my floors and cleaned up everything once he was done.

We have used this company for years for maintenance etc. this time our ac/heat unit completely died. They were able to get a service tech out that afternoon. We were given a very reasonable replace cost and they were here by 8am the next day to replace the system. Yaddiel and Nate did an awesome job - knowledgeable, professional, personable and kept us informed about everything that they were doing. They ensured the system (heat and air) were working properly. I’m can’t say enough good about this company - from the person answering the phone, to the technician to the installers - 5 star all the way. I will continue to use Adirondack Services for all my future needs

Adirondack installed my system in 2019.

The heat stopped working on the coldest day of the the year. I called and Fernanco called back quickly. He was here in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also did a review of the system, showed us pictures and explained other issues our system has. He was polite and gave us our options

the company’s excellent technician, Cody. He has been outstanding in working through a technical glitch in our new mini-split that they had installed several months back. Adirondack is fortunate to have someone of his caliber working with them.

Fernando came out to check out our a/c unit due to a drain pump that wouldn't shut off. He discovered the drain lines were clogged with sludge. He cleaned the lines and performed some other maintenance. He explained everything, showed me pics of the issues, left wveryrhing clean and got everything back in working order. I would definitely recommend Adirondack to my friends and family.

I highly recommend this company! Every time they come out they are efficient and professional. Kyle F. was extremely friendly and did a great job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me pictures after he finished.

I've used Adirondack Services for standard semi-annual check ups for a few years now, and they've always been great. I just bought a new home, and had them come in to inspect things, and they found a number of issues with the current system, but quickly made a plan to get everything in excellent working condition, even doing half the job same day, and coming back in less than 5 business days to finish! Fernando was great, explained everything, showed me pictures from hard to reach places, and made sure the system was safe! I highly recommend Adirondack services if you want things done the right way!

I came home late at night after a long trip to my AC not working. The next day, I called Adirondack as my usual service was closed for the weekend. They sent out Fernando that day and he was great! He immediately found the issue (water back up in the drain pipe) and showed me photos of all of the areas he checked as part of their inspection process. We then went over what the fix would be and any preventative maintenance I could do in the future. I’d highly recommend Adirondack for AC based on their response timing and knowledgeable technicians.

We were referred to Adirondack by our friends Michael and Stacy Goodrich. Fernando was our tech today and did an awesome job getting our system cleaned up as good as new. He was very informative and explained everything clearly, he was on time and courteous. We signed up today for continued service. And we will be asking for him personally from now on!!!
