Fan will not stop blowing. While it is debatable whether it's possible to replace an automatic modulator (which is often referring to the control module for a variable-speed ECM blower motor) on a Carrier 3-ton air handler, vendor choose to replace entire motor with built in module unit. More expensive option but definitely fixed the problem. $1151 after 10% membership and 5% military discount. Amazon price for motor with module unit is $900 to $1,013 so overall cost benefit analysis is good. Timely same day response (annual maintenance membership) and knowledgeable and effective repair. After first 24 hours, system seems to be running fine and much, much quieter. First utility bill will be the proof in the pudding.

When my AC went out again, Ethan at Sun Up came out after 10pm and a very long day in heat at 100 degrees, successfully diagnosed my unit, replaced the defective part and had me up and running within the hour. My thanks to the tech and to the gracious lady who took the call - not an answering service !

A/C was not blowing hot air. Very easy to make an appointment with Celeste. The technician, Hunter, was able to stop by an hour earlier than originally scheduled. He called ahead of time to let me know he’d be early. He quickly found the issue and fixed it on the spot. He also noticed a few filters that were dirty and helped me change them out. Hunter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

I have used other AC services in the past, however Sun Up Services has provided the best service and overall customer experience of them all. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable, and while any AC repair or service tends to be expensive, to me, their pricing is fair and reasonable. Their technician Nick, is especially skilled, and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided reasonable options. Everything is explained clearly upfront and there are no surprises. I decided to sign on for their annual service membership, which includes 2 semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, 1 free service call, and 10% discount on labor and materials. This was especially helpful, as when I needed them recently, it was on a Friday at 5:30pm. I called, and the receptionist who answered the phone was courteous and friendly. I requested the tech call me back prior to arrival, so I could describe the issue and get and idea of what we were looking at in both time and expense (This is where most of the other AC companies can really get you, as you are at their mercy as you feel the temperature rise in your home on a hot August day). She said the arrival window was between 6-8pm. As promised, Nick called at 7:10pm and after a brief discussion was at the house very shortly after. Nick is a hard worker who obviously cares about his customers and their business. He quickly fixed the issue, and by joining the membership, was able to negate the $125 after hours fee, and also provide the 10% discount on labor and materials. In a time when as a homeowner, it can be difficult to navigate who's for real and who's not, I can tell you that Nick and Sun Up Services are the real deal, and I would highly recommend them to help you should you have an problem with your AC system.

I called him within one hour, Tony was at my unit. He was very communicative and sent me pictures, videos, and FaceTimed me to show me what the issues were. He provided options for fixing the problem and sent over quotes immediately. My issue was resolved within hours. I highly recommend this company!

I had purchased a mini split A/C from Senville and was looking for a licensed contractor to install for me. Luckily, I found Sun Up. From the very beginning, Celeste was patient and helpful. She is an outstanding asset to the company! On installation day, Matt and Nick showed up on time and installed my unit. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I've been using Sun Up for about 6 years. They've installed two ACs for me. Sean put in a new one at the house I was selling. The old one went out 2 days before the final inspection and he had a new one in by the time of the inspection. New owners were thrilled to get a new AC! They put in a new a few years after I moved to the new house. They are always punctual and do a good job. Here the same day I call, even on weekends. Recently had Brian out and really liked his through service and advice. Explained things very well! Had to have additional work done that he found and they were out a few days later to do that job. I would recommend them.
