Subject: Property Destruction and Financial Impact Due to Eagle Lawn Care & Pesta Control Negligence
I am writing this review to express my outrage and extreme disappointment with the services provided by Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control. The negligence of their team resulted in the complete destruction of our lawn.
I have attached before and after photos so that the extent of the damage is undeniable. This damage is so severe that it has directly compromised the sale process of our home. Curb appeal is crucial when selling a property, and our front yard is now a major deterrent for potential buyers, causing us immense psychological stress and financial losses.
Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control eventually came out and offered a few small grass plugs as a "solution," which is completely inadequate for the massive size of the existing damage. Furthermore, they delayed necessary remediation, specifically the nitrogen application, claiming they had to wait until October.
As a consumer, I have the right to expect professional service and the right to protection against property damage caused by negligence. Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control has shown a total disregard for these rights, now refusing to respond to my messages or offer a fair solution or compensation for the loss.
By quickly searching your reviews on Google, I noticed that this is not an isolated incident. I have already read at least couple others similar cases of customers whose properties were damaged. This demonstrates an unacceptable pattern of lack of care and responsibility.
I strongly advise that other consumers avoid Eagle a lawn Care & Pest Control services if they value their property and peace of mind. The lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling.

This is by far the worst Lawn maintenance company, on the planet that we have ever seen. Don't ever hire them for you service company, you will be highly disappointed. Besides horrible service, and lack of communication and lack of interest, or don't care attitude makes them just horrible to deal with. Stay Away!!!!!!

Thank you Alexanders for all the work you are doing at Fairway Village in Largo. You were there bright and early the day after Irma hit and took care of our beautiful park. We appreciate all that your hard working workers do for us.

They did an amazing job removing three large oak trees that were all within 5ft of our house. They were careful, efficient, and they cleaned everything up afterwards.

The owner completely ruins this company. I've seen the owner James run up in a rage to our corporate facilities manager (a young female) on private property ranting and raving about nothing truthful or lawful after she made a benign, simple, and normal business request. For some reason, this gets the owner going crazy on our manager for multiple times/days as she leaves the building. Our corporate park is moving to another company with professional ownership.

We have lived a community that is contracted with Alexander for over 2 years now. They come in and test the sprinklers while people are working outside. They do not let the people know they are getting ready to test the spinklers. Anyone or anything in the path of the sprinklers get wet. And the sprinklers water everything but the lawn. The road is well watered as is the sidewalk. Oh and let's not forget the car wash. And when you try and ask them anything they are very rude.
The lawn crew is very careless. They'll blow dirt and debris in your garage and all over your car. And trying to get a crew chief over to explain the problem is completely useless. I agree with another review that the owner's friends post positive reviews.
I do not nor would not recommend them to anyone. Run very fast and very far away from them. Not a good company at all.

We live Ranchero and in my opinion they do a terrible job. Inconsistent and very messy. They use the blowers and blow dirt and sand all over our house. They left limbs and branches all over my yard after cutting down a tree. I NEVER received a call back from them regarding this even after 3 phone calls. I would most definitely not recommend them.

The skirting on my mobile home that cost me 2000 a year ago has been destroyed by weedeaters that work for Alexander’s. Actually for several months they never had an issue then on 6/10 one rogue employee came flying through and destroyed it. The management company said Alexander’s won’t pay for it . I have started claim with BBB.

They work for my HOA and for 3 years.. yes 3, I have complained countless of times to my HOA about the service this company is providing. I would upload pics but I am scared they will try to retaliate. I would do it myself or hire someone but i am paying over 250 for the services! I'm disappointed in my HOA acknowledging how many issues they have with this company yet they still keep them but I'm also frustrated that this company is aware of how terrible they are and they are doing nothing to make changes. I am going to make sure I spread the word to NEVER use this company!

They had the best quote to trim my oak tree and remove a camphor. They did an excellent job!!! Fast, efficient and polite. They cleaned up everything and went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Got to know Alexander's today because they came out and butched our palm tree. They cut off several green branches that were healthy and thriving. Then dropped them on our lawn ON TOP OF A NEW BABY TREE WE JUST PLANTED. They left the branch there and could have cared less about any of it. 1. You don't really need to cut palm tree limbs as they are self grooming mostly. 2. These people are just there to get paid and will ruin whatever landscaping you have already.

Hire someone else. These people don't care about you or your lawn/landscaping.

I am so pleased with the results from Alexander's Maintenence. The team was prompt, courteous, diligent and clean. I have used many services in the past and Alexander's is by far the best. I am very pleased from the beginning quote all the way thru to the end results. I higjly recommend.👍

Our mobile home park uses them for lawn maintenance. Their weedeater threw up a rock and smashed the window in my front door. They denied it was them and refuse to pay for it. Other neighbors on both sides of me had had windows broken and paint chipped on their vehicles but Alexander's never takes responsibility for their employees careless work. It would be one thing if they did a good job, but we usually have to go out and even things up ourselves. They don't weedeat where we have asked them to do it, and yet weedeat a rocky area with no vegetation causing damage to property. They spend about 5 minutes per property and are worried about being quick, not good. Do not use!

Worst people working for this company, they don't do a good job and they are rude, I'm in a condo complex in Palm Harbor and I've tried talking to the guys, even offing cold drinks. They do a horrible job leaving trimmings in the bushes and blowing your mulch into your yard. They are disrespectful, the Black guy with the cigar is his mouth is the worst, he calls names as he walks away from you. If it were my choice they would never work for me.

Lighthouse Pointe Condominium has a large number of palm trees of varying sizes and types. We also have oleanders along the property line. We have used Alexander's for several years now and they consistently do an excellent job of trimming both the palms and pruning the oleanders. They always remove the clippings and debris and leave the property in tip-top condition. Their workers are always professional and we always get a followup by Eric their operations manager. I am always impressed at how well their operation runs, from scheduling to completion.

Our community has never looked better. The entire Alexander’s team and our site manager Gary have been excellent, courteous, and very responsive. Would highly recommend their services.

I've seen the reviews and felt I needed to relay my experience. The mow crew takes care of the community where I live. I parked my car in the road but out away from the grass so the crew would have plenty of room. The mower hit my vehicle and dented it along the bottom. I noticed it when I came out that night to move my car and called the office the next day. They sent someone out to look at it and he tried denying it was the mower so he brought the mower back and there was no doubt it was the mower he still tried to deny it but when I spoke to the office manager she was very friendly and helpful and had me take my car to the body shop for an estimate. Long story short, they fixed my car and offered to pay for a rental while my car was being repaired. I felt that them taking responsibility and fixing my car was good enough so I didn't bother with the rental. So thank you to the owner of the company and to the office manager for everything.

I hired Alexanders Property Maintenance in 2021 to trim our mangroves twice per year. Everything went well in the first year of our 2 year agreement, which included a price increase in the second year. On June 1, 2022 I requested that our first of two cuts would be on July 25th, followed up a week prior, and they didn’t show up. I was told they would get to it the following week, but again didn’t show. Was told that he would need more money due to higher fuel costs, etc, so we agreed on an additional 20%. July, August, September and October came and went, but they never showed up despite repeated promises. I went as far as to offer twice the contract price, but still no show. So now I am faced with finding a new licensed mangrove trimmer so late in the trimming season.
DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

Started off getting bids for tree trimming. They came in significantly less than everyone else and threw in extras for no charge. They showed up on time and were friendly, fast, professional and cleaned up after themselves. So we hired them to install trees. Same experience, they were awesome. I am going to hire them for whatever services they are willing to offer at this point because it is hard to find a company with their pricing that takes pride in their work. If they did babysitting I would hire them for that too!

Working with Alexander’s Property Maintenance was such a pleasure, especially with Gary and Cesar. Great work ethic, came on time and extremely thorough. Will definitely keep using them again and again.
