They came through my boyfriend's neighborhood for the HOA and nubbed off a bunch of tree limbs and on top of that were throwing debris literally on his truck like that was ok. Their workers were disrespectful and running their mouth. Management was supposed to call him about the matter and of course didn't. We own a tree service and we know what's right and wrong and what they did was wrong. We had to fix our neighbors tree yesterday because of what they did to it. Picture of before we fixed it added. I would never recommend or use this company they just destroy trees and cost more money down the road because of incompetence and/or poor education or training. The trees and your customers deserve better.

The irrigation crew came through again. I can always depend on them being helpful, polite, &professional. They have good suggestions on how to solve any problems I have. Bill was great.

We welcome Alexander Property Maintenance Inc. They came to our rescue. In just weeks they've started putting our property back to where it used to be. Anyone can make you promises. Alexander's jumps in and backs up every word.

Talked with your Business Development Manager, Gigi Kalina ,recently and she filled us in on your services.She was very helpful in showing how Alexander's could improve our property. And was very free to answer our questions. Pricing was not bad. She did all this knowing that we were going to be obligated to our present contractor till the end of the year. We will certainly give Alexander's a call at that time .

Highly recommend! I called Damon to come out and look at grinding down a tree stump and he was at our home within a few hours and completed the work that same day. The price was very affordable and he did a great job! He is very professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely use him again.

I needed 2 stumps ground down and Damon came right out to give a price. Great price and a great job. Don't mess around with any one else. Damon at Busy Beaver is the one to call. I have other properties and will call them again. Like they say, "You can never get enough Beaver"!

I am the property maintenance superintendent for New Destiny, church and school in Clearwater, we had Damon come out and do an extensive job on our multi acre property grinding minimally 14 stumps, he worked right through the week, including Sunday, did an amazing job, very diligent, very hard-working great price. We recently hired Busy Beaver’s Stump Removal to tackle a couple massive, dense clumps of bamboo that had taken over our backyard in St. Pete—and they absolutely delivered. These guys were incredible from start to finish. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and walked us through the entire process step-by-step so we knew exactly what to expect.

If you’ve ever tried to remove bamboo yourself, you know just how exhausting and frustrating it can be. It’s no small task—but Busy Beaver made it look easy. They were honest, efficient, and their pricing was very fair given the scope of the job.

Busy Beaver! Damon was awesome - from picking up my call right away to arriving on time the next day to first look at the job, then return an hour later with his equipment. Prior to his arrival we had a huge Bismarckia palm and stump removed to ground level by an arborist. We realized in order to re-plant another tree we needed a lot more of that stump removed. Damon carefully maneuvered around our pool, ground up the rest of the stump and moved two large containers of palm trees for us. Damon is accommodating, pleasant, and performed an excellent job at a reasonable price. Thank you Damon!

We were sooo fortunate to find Damon! He was professional, reliable, so friendly and gave us great advice. we were in town this weekend from SC to do some yard projects for a friend moving into a new home. On Friday we wanted to remove bamboo that was planted by the previous owner. the stalks had been cut down. three of us worked for an hour with shovels and hatchets trying to dig up the roots. quickly we decided to cut our losses and call a professional. A quick search and a phone call led us to Damon and Busy Beavers. he was very thorough as he talked us through how he could help. we were all in. At 9:45 the next morning, a Saturday, Damon showed up on site. an hour later the job was done!!!!Price was so reasonable. I would encourage anyone to call Damon if they have a similar problem. DON’T don’t do it yourself. 😆. YOU will be relieved!
