I sent Bestway a request for a quote. I was called immediately and they came out to my home within the hour to give me the "free" estimate. We used them for a Full Clean Up. We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the excellent job they did on our yard. We were so impressed we signed up for weekly lawn care.

I cannot thank Bestway Lawn care enough for my new lawn! I had landscaping and re-sodding done. I wish I had taken a before and after photo. What an amazing transformation!! I also appreciate the extra time the owner spent with me to ensure that they get the work done to my specifications. I love my new lawn!
Update: I cancelled my lawn service with Bestway Lawn Care. I was not happy with their lawn maintenance service after the landscaping and re-sodding. The original team that was assigned to maintain my lawn was shoddy. They also damaged my gutter and admitted to causing the damage, but the company has done nothing to resolve this. I made multiple complaints to them, and included photos. They finally offered to send another team to maintain my lawn, but by then, I no longer felt confident in their service.

I hired Bestway about 3 years ago. I am a part time resident at this house. My property (vegetation) was in need of being tidied up in a big way. Cliff promised me he would take care of the mess on the first service visit to my house at no additional charge. He promised me I'd be happy and he kept his promise. Everything was trimmed, shaped and cleaned up nicely. As a matter of fact this is ongoing whenever his guys service my property. They are at the house the same day every week and his workers are efficient and courteous. I have referred Bestway to a few neighbors and they are pleased and have thanked me for the referral. I find some of the negative reviews here hard to believe and contrary to my experience. I would highly recommend Bestway Lawn Care.

Cliff, Ernie and their entire staff are the best. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did, and continue to do, an outstanding job with my landscaping and property maintenance needs. I am relatively new to the area and have been using Bestway Lawn Care for about 18 months. I have worked with many lawn care companies over the past forty years and Bestway is second to none! They understand Florida lawns and the needs of those lawns during the different Florida seasons. They truly take the time to understand the needs of your particular lawn and are meticulous about the details, edging, trimming and overall maintenance. I am so happy I didn't let the negative reviews on this company stop me from using them. How could anyone say cliff was unreachable. I had every call returned as well as office manager call to check on progress while workers were at my house.... We had our lawn tore out and beautiful new grass laid all in 1 day! Bestway was fast, professional and ahead of schedule. The owner even came by to make sure I was happy with the quality of sod as well as his workers performance. Neil and Barry were AWESOME!!!! I love my new lawn! If youre looking to beautify your yard,Do yourself a favor and hire this company . 100 percent satisfied. Their pricing was lower than 2 others we had quotes from. I would love for the owner of this company to reach out and fix the issue. Dani is unprofessional and unethical. Dani is making me wonder if this company is a scam. I see other reviews claiming this company is a scam and I also see the owner getting offended by that, rightfully so, but then have your staff treat paying customers with respect and finish the job. If the owner would like to personally check my lawn, it's obvious that they did not finish the job. Also the mowers keep leaving cigarette butts in my yard after. I'm tired of getting ghosted by Dani after we've paid. Owner, if you're reading this, your staff is making your company look like a scam and according to other customers, this seems to be a going consensus. Instead of bashing paying customers, I'd highly recommend you address Dani's work performance.

My yard looks beautiful!! They were Very helpful with plant choices. New Grass looks great. Other quotes were too high. Dani, Ben and Clayton have been professional, and such a great team

Very unreliable. Will mow the yard but really won't do any Landscaping. Let's shrubs grow over your walkways won't trim hedges when you specifically asked him to unless you asked him repeatedly. I could have hired a neighborhood kid to do what he's done for less money. If you tell him that his services are no longer needed because he won't take care of the things you ask, he will call you drunk and cuss you out. Unprofessional. Quite done.

The owner of this company is incredibly rude. I didn't receive a bill from him until the second month of service. That bill included both months as well as one week of pro-rated service from when we initially signed up with him. He called me five days after I received it and demanded to know why I hadn't paid it yet. I pointed out that the bill said I had until the end of that current month (about another 20-25 days) to pay it, and it was the first and only bill I'd received from him. He also bugged me about it several times by text message.

His work is also subpar. Admittedly, our lawn isn't in the best shape, with some dead and sparse patches, but his work is incredibly uneven and patchy.

Also, some debris blew onto our lawn during a wind storm and he mowed around it.

When I texted him to tell him we wouldn't require his services anymore, he used profanity and mentioned talking to our neighbors (whom we don't know) about our financial stability and whether we could pay our bill. I'd already paid him for all of his work, so there was no question about whether or not we were able to pay him.

If you text Shawn, he'll text you back every time you have a question - he gets in touch with you within an hour almost every time. We are grateful to have this business take care of our lawn, we really don't have the time these days.

I would love to give them a higher rating since I sued them for two years but unfortunately I cannot do so because their customer service is awful. It started off great and they would come every week...then every two...then maybe once per month while still paying the same price. This wasn't because my grass didn't need mowed, it definitely needed it. They mowed some time in September then nothing until I contacted the owner and said k received a bill saying we missed payments when we didn't..I had proof. He said he was in the hospital and that he knew I was paid up and everything was fine and that he would send someone to mow...and he did the next day which I was very grateful for! Then I get the same bill for missed payments. I have tried calling and leaving messages but I have yet to hear back. So I switched to a new lawn company. I've seen other reviews like this so if you decide to go with this company I would advise that you ask for a receipt every time they mow so you don't get screwed out of mows and then getting charged for services they didn't provide

Charged double what others quoted, yet only mowed my lawn twice in 1 month-leaving my grass very high. Proceeded to mow my side lawn and leave all of the clippings; which in result killed everything. Now I have only dirt there. When trying to contact him to get my lawn mowed since he has not come back to do so (even though I already paid for this service) he forwarded my call to voicemail and never called me back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! To help protect us consumers from people that take advantage and scam I am also reporting this company to the BBB.
