Bestway gave us a really good price on landscaping our property, their employees were very professional and polite. The best part was that the property looks fantastic, we have decided to continue to use Bestway. Five stars and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a great price...Thanks Bestway!!

Have only had them come out one time to do yard, was supposed to be here every other Thursday but never showed up today, never received a call and can not get them on the phone or get them to call back, last week they called saying the workers told them I said don’t come back, which on that same day I paid them 50.00 so why would I say don’t come back, later come to find out it was a neighbor down the street.... customer service isn’t important with them. A phone call explaining why my yard has yet to be cut would have been nice, as a business owner myself customer satisfaction is one major piece of the puzzle!

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT CALL BESTWAY. In only 4 months I have called them over 15 times to see why they did not arrive. Don the owner is a liar and never tells the truth. Crew rarely arrives without me calling. Ernie the sales guy will NEVER return phone calls. He hides behind his cell phone. This is the WORST lawn company I have ever dealt with...Customer service is a joke. NEVER hire these idiots at Bestway...Plus they still owe me a lawn cutting job.

Horrible broke sprinkler system do not trust
cleaning up my yard Ernie came out and gave me a quote to clean up my yard they were horrible and never finished the job. Office person Danny yelled at me and called me a mean person instead of managing the employees

Bestway just finished landscaping our front yard. Purchased the home in Dec 14 and nothing had been done for quite some time to the yard. It now compliments the house and the neighbors are all coming out to tell us how great it looks. They are the nicest, friendliest people and answered all my questions. I recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping.

The service provided by this company is second to none! They have gone above and beyond for us and I’m only sorry that I didn’t contact them sooner. I highly recommend them.

We hired Bestway to make a retaining wall and to clean up the bird of paradise in our backyard. The "estimator" had sent us pictures of the brick choices. After picking one, he came out to have us approve the paperwork. Apparently he had brought a brick at that time which was not shown to or discussed with me, the man "says" my husband said sure. Well, when they came I saw it was not the same and there was a dip in the wall. When I went outside to talk with him the "estimator" was there supervising and began arguing with me that it was the same as the picture (no, no it wasn't) I really wasn't happy and said they may have to take it back. That is the time in which he had a temper-tantrum and told the guys to stop, pack up and left without finishing. They tore up the wooden frame and did not replace it and left what they had cut from the bird of paradise all over the backyard.

Even if I had agreed to the brick personally. If a customer doesn't like something. You make it right. I don't know if he thought he could railroad me because I'm a woman but I have rarely met someone so ridiculously poor in customer service. He should be ashamed of himself for behaving that way and literally walked off from the discussion while I was holding my baby in my arms. I wasn't yelling or anything, I just wasn't going to pay big bucks for something I wasn't happy with.

The employee was polite however and apologized for the man's behavior saying "for what it's worth". I can't blame the two guys just doing their job.

Just be forewarned about what you are getting into and you may want your husband present when using this company...but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

P.S. My husband told the owner when he spoke to him that he would talk to me about the resolution. He did not however promise that I would take down MY review. No matter what discount was offered the incident happened and I have never been treated so poorly by any company in my life. My philosophy is if you want better reviews improve your service and/or change the people who are working for you.

I have had Bestway Lawn Care doing my property for 6 years. They do a great job for a good price. Also very good attention to detail and good communication. Would definitely recommend using them for your lawn care.

I have been with bestway lawn service for over a year the worst service ever first two months I had on the only came out and cut the grass twice called begged for them to come out trying to give him some more chances so when the rainy season sit in and it rained there for a long time never bothered on or nothing because I knew the grass was too wet so finally two weeks later after things and dried up call them again trying to get them out here took me two more weeks to get them to cut the grass so after that it has not rained here for 2 weeks they should have been out here last week did not show up so I guess on Monday I will have to call and see when they're coming the guy in the office name Don is very rude they say they have trackers on their trucks they act like their customers are liars I get tired of paying for a service that I have to beg somebody to come out and cut the grass I have always paid them well in advance they sent my bill out for September and we have not showed up any of the month of September but of course the guy in the office Don is going to be rude talk about no customer servicehopefully when I speak to them on Monday we can figure out and get me out of their contract this is the worst service ever all these ones on here people please believe them don't listen to anybody else because it is true if somebody is on here that gives them a good review it would have to be one of your family members or something or maybe a big business because believe me I never complained and I have give them a whole year trying hopefully that they would just cut the grass . it is now 520 pm on Monday 09/16/2019. no phone call or no one came out to cut the grass for your information William I did go to a different company so you better think you need to think twice about when you hire people . and the owner never did contact me so good luck

I hired Bestway Lawn care in June, 2014, to mow my lawn. By mid June the crew using a weed eater ( incorrectly) shattered my sliding glass door panel. Yes, they did send a glass co. to repair it and they said they would take care of the invoice. By mid July the crew shattered the gate used to enter my back yard. When I reported this incident they refused to acknowledge they needed to replace my gate. They won't take my phone calls, but let my number go to voice mail. The owner through an employee asked I write a letter stating what "I think" his co. did to my gate. I complied. I sent pictures, emails, letters, I've sent am estimate for replacement gate. I am not acknowledged in anything I do or say. So I had to fire this company. Only then were a 'few months' free service offered me. I want my gate replaced and I will settle for nothing less. Hire this company if you feel you need to, but beware of the hassle that may become pivotal in your life concerning your lawn care. I still have a broken and now shoddy looking gate since July 17....

I have been using Bestway Lawncare since 2006 when we bought our home in Clearwater. They have done wonderful with everything. When I needed something extra, ex.- trees trimmed, mulch, wild bushes cut down, anything, they were there promptly and did a wonderful job. Cliff and Ernie are great! Reasonable pricing and a great job! Highly recommend.

I had a rocky time with Bestway Lawn Care. I was very displeased with my service. Clifford contacted me and came out to meet me personally to go over my issues. He was incredibly pleasant, understanding and determined to turn my experience around. I have to say that I am sincerely surprised by how responsive the company is and how dedicated they were to turning a bad scenario into a more positive one. I have agreed to continue service with the company and will provide additional updates as we proceed. Thank you Clifford!!

rude and unprofessional. they take money then leave on vacation to Europe so "too busy" to provide service or to refund you as they are burning your money on vacations while your lawn is not taken care of. SHAME! I asked 10x times for a refund of prepaid year and the woman in office was yelling, nasty and then would not even pick up the phone. I gave up - let these thiefs get their karma.

Worst lawn company I’ve ever worked with. They responded promptly to give a quote, but that’s only because they want your money. Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. They don’t show up for weeks at a time and allow your lawn to become overgrown and unsightly. When they finally show up, they don’t complete all the tasks discussed and are very sloppy, filling our flower beds with grass. When I called (multiple times) to address this the gentleman in the office is extremely rude and acted like I was outrageous for requesting all services I was paying for be completed AND they show up weekly, again as paid for. This company is nothing but a scam. Horrible service. If I could rate a zero I would.

They took the money for the year of and we confronted them about not doing services they said the owner is in England on a fabulous vacation for three months and they are not responsible to do anything or refund the money to go ahead and sue them. Just thieves. Mr Clifford - You are the right company! The services were pre-paid for a full year and transferred to me as a part of purchase. You CHOSE TO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES and did NOT send the promised refund. SO this IS THEFT and is NOT Ethical! Cherry Ln is the property address and your assistant is RUDE and hangs up every time I called to ask about promised refund as you never provided any services.

We have had a great experience with Bestway taking care of our lawn for over 5 years. This week they did a fantastic job cleaning out brush and shaping our hedge. They are very friendly and they take the time to get the job done right. We highly recommend them.

Bestway has the best customer service. I purchased sod for my backyard. They were competitive in price, showed up on time and were very professional. I had some minor repairs and they fixed immediately.

I agree with all of the one star reviews. I wish I never signed a contract with this company. The owner was very charming, and promised to cut the grass every other week. The people that came out the first time did a poor job and left grass trimmings all over my driveway and my gate open. Then they never showed up again as promised. I tried calling a whole bunch of times and no one got back to me. My grass is extremely overgrown. He finally responded and said the grass is too wet. It constantly rains in Florida and people mow anyways. I don't understand his thinking.

I am responsible for the maintenance of a large commercial building. I hired Bestway to take care of the lawn. They show up every week and do an excellent job! If they can't come on the scheduled day, they always come a day or two later to make sure I have service for the week. There are about 100 people going in and out of the building every day. I have never received a complaint from any of them.I highly recommend Bestway.

I have a property out of state that I hired them to maintain the lawn for. This company is a complete scam. They would invoice me and never show up. They would tell me they were there even while I was there thinking I wouldn't know because I lived out of state. They tried to tell me that they took care of the lawn on Friday- I arrived Sunday & it looked like it hadn't been touched in months. Being I told them when I would be there you would think they would be smart enough to at least show up- but nope, they weren't. There services were scheduled for twice a month. My neighbors said they hardly ever saw them. Do not let the sales guys who are very likable win you over. They are theifs. Four months after I fired them they billed me again. Obviously used to billing me without providing any services. Trust the reviews- unless you like paying for nothing.
