Justin was super polite, friendly, and very professional. He replaced our AC drain pan in the attic and did an incredibly thorough job. He took a lot of pictures of the before and after and took the time to show me the work that was done. I really appreciate the great work by Justin and for making this such a great experience. If you need AC work I highly recommend Justin!

Had a brand new unit installed in 2021. Since then it's been nothing but major problems with the system. Immediately after the installation, we had to call back due to lack of cooling. The company diagnosed the system as having a leak. We've had multiple issues with the system since then. Recently, as in past year or so, the system has been making ticking noises. On 5 separate occasions the issue was not resolved. One of the techs even disabled the part which caused the heat not to work. The part was disabled due to a backorder issue, that was their excuse. You're a HVAC company carrying certain number of models, how do you not have parts in stock? Today another tech came out and said that he does not have a specific part again. Mind you, the original disabled part has not been replaced yet. Scheduling a tech is the other issue with this company. They usually don't show up. When they do come, the issue is never fixed. After spending thousands of dollars for a new system, I'm highly disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Follow up from my review. A supervisor called me and told me a manager would come out Monday (it's Thursday) to see if his tech gave me the correct pricing. I let her know I contacted Stuart Gas Repair in St Pete. They came out same day, fixed the leak in 30 minutes and charged me $250.00. ABC wanted $1,500.00. Stuart Gas found the leak in the area that ABC tech worked on. Their tech left a pin hole in a gas line. So, what ABC couldn't fix in 4 days, Stuart Gas found and fixed in 30 minutes and for $1,250.00 less.

Zay and Shaq Helped a lot they was quick and very friendly. Was able to change my condenser fan in 1 day and got it working in no time.

Zay did a great job came out and replace the blower motor for ac system and was able to get the the place cool in no time. ABC has a great tech on their hands

Today we had Supv Victor Kelly and Danis performing the actual install. They were totally professional in manner and work ethic. While they were performing their jobs they were mindful of us and ou home for which we are truly appreciative and thankful. I thank them for their work and professional ethic. We appreciated Gene's thorough inspection of our plumbing & the solutions he presented us. The membership tune ups and inspection are an important part of why we continue to use ABC.

EDIT: I wanted to return after all of our work has now been completed & provide compliments as well for Victor (changed HVAC filter & UV bulbs, system now running better than before), Joseph (completed sink reinstall quickly & cheerfully), and Fzelle, who was with us most of the day Thursday to replace multiple faucets, a hose bib, and remount the kitchen sink. All of them were very professional & knowledgeable, and I am glad to have had all of this work completed so quickly & thoroughly!

Last July ABC installed a complete new Carrier HVAC system in our home in St. Petersburg, including all new ductwork. The system itself works well, however there were some issues that had to be corrected before it would pass inspection with the town. After 3 visits from ABC to correct several items related to the air handler and the insulation of the air handler it passed inspection. Pricewise I feel they were on the high side for what we needed but our old system had quit and there wasn't a lot of time to shop around. Our biggest complaint overall is the absolute lack of communication between the schedulers and the technicians. One appointment to complete the work was either cancelled, postponed, or just a total no show with no call on 5 different days. How many times can the average person stay home all day waiting for a technician that never shows or calls? The lack of communication is maddening and completely unprofessional. We did mention this to them when rescheduling time after time and said someone would contact us to discuss. That never happened. This is how you treat a customer that just spent almost $20,000 for your products and services? Going forward I do not plan to use ABC again or recommend them. Ripe off and I still have a leak. Do not use this company. Lesson learned. They lie about product to justify price. The tech went to Homedepot. The sale man said they use quality product. They replaced the items with exact same one I just replaced. My error for trusting idiots. Not to mention my service person couldn't even walk without pain. That alone complete the job. Awful company I am out. $600 plus and now have to find someone who can actually do the job right. My biggest error was being nice while they ripped me off. Never use this company. They really lied and I was very upfront and real nice and tried to be as helpful. They took advantage of that to rip me off. This is why customers get disgruntled. When you seem easy they take advantage. Keep this in mind.

Dannis Perez was great! Had a small, but technical kitchen job and he knocked it out quickly and was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining his recommendations. Highly recommend!

Chris and Zay did an awesome job. Two very professional guys. I would recommend both. Did a great jobs on cleaning my ducts and making my home feel fresh again!!! Thank you!! Totally recommend!!

Justin was extremely professional took care of what the inspector had noted. Set up for electrician to come out to take care of main wire. Very polite and explained what he did. I would highly recommend Justin .

Zay did an amzing job looking at my system completely. Found out the issue and was abke to get us cool within no time. He didnt stop there he did a full evaluation on evwehthing that needed to be done inorder to prevent future work having to get completed.

Denis S was the best technician we have had from ABC super heat and air yet! He was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and honored his word to come back and fix our AC unit. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Sam came out today. I had a clog in a bathroom and a toilet. He was able to explain the process to me. Explain what needs to be done. Explain what additional work needs to really be done to the other bathrooms to ensure that we actually get all of the clog out. Sam spent the time to explain what needs to be done. Explain the options I have. I’m looking forward to actually getting the work done.

The work was completed by Victor and Joe. They did a great job toilets are not leaking. Everything is set back in place. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Dannis was awesome from the moment he stepped into my home. Having just moved in i had a few unexpected issues. He made me feel confident and safe in that he knew what he was doing. He also took care of a few other problems in my home with no hesitation. Very friendly and polite and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call him back for any other issues that may arise.
