Max Solon Plumbing recommended a camera inspection of my main sewer lines after repeated blockages. The Technician Tyler arrived on time, cleared the blockage, performed the camera inspection and explained everything in detail. My sewer line is old but still working properly. Tyler recommended jetting to clean the lines real well.

I just had my 25 year old water heater replaced and had a great experience with Max Solon Plumbing! Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the office was very responsive to questions and scheduling.

Max Solon Plumbing was one of 3 plumbers I called to replace bathtub drain and water lines. They came out within a day or so to provide a quote. The others took a week or didn't show up at all. The quote was very reasonable and I hired them. They showed up on time and were both knowledgeable and very polite. The job required breaking up concrete floors and walls to relocate the drain and water lines. They took care to minimize the mess and when finished, everything looked great and at the price they quoted. I will definitely be using them again when I have future repairs of projects!

Once again Max Solon Plumbing, LLC provided the service and expertise that we needed to accomplish our new project. We wanted to move an outdoor shower from one side of a wall to the other side. The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier! We were lucky to get Justin and Colton again, who once again were friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks to Nate also for always responding to my phone calls and text messages.

Next Project: Once again Max Solon has stepped up to provide quality work and excellent service for us. This project was a full home water filtration and softener system. John messaged us with a tracking link to let us know he was on his way and he arrived exactly on time. John was courteous and patient as he explained the work he'd be doing, then went right to work. John was respectful of our home while he did his work, and actually finished the job much more quickly than we expected. Upon completion, John stayed longer as he ran a regeneration with the new equipment to make sure that there were no issues. He then explained the workings of the system, and provided us a link to find the owner's manual and specs. As always, we are pleased with the work and professionalism of Max Solon Plumbing!

Max Solon installed the tub, toilet, and sink in my renovated bathroom. They did an outstanding job! They also fixed my water heater. At no time did they over charge me, or cut corners. I would recommend them any time!

My plumber referred me onto Max Solon Plumbing after he wasn't able to diagnose my issues further, advising my next steps would be to get a camera down the pipes. Tyler Grondin, my technician was not only courteous and friendly, he took the time to explain what he was seeing and doing and answered my plethora of questions. I had a toilet whose seal needed replacement due to the toilet leaking on the ceiling of the downstairs condo. Max Solon sent Pepe Landeros to repair. Pepe advised me that my toilet was a 2005 and showed me rust spots inside the tank at the bolts which eventually would start to leak. I decided to purchase a new toilet as it would be more economical than dealing with another potential repair in the future. Pepe returned 2 days later with a new toilet from Max Solon and installed it. He confirmed the seal around the flange was in fact leaking. Pepe did an excellent job removing the old toilet, installing the new one, taking the old toilet with him, cleaning everything up & testing there was no leaking into the condo below me. He was professional, courteous, answered all my questions & provided pictures of each step in the repair & reinstall process. I highly recommend Max Solon Plumbing and Pepe if you need an excellent plumber for any plumbing issue you may have.

I highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced. I called and spoke with Jesse twice. She was very friendly, professional, and patient with my questions. John came to my home the following day. He called to let me know he was on his way which I appreciated. He was prompt and professional. He thourghly checked my crawl space and bathroom and located the leak. Not an easy find. Called Max Salon on Tuesday regarding a non- emergency issue with an exterior faucet that was badly leaking. Was called back expediently and booked for the following morning. Pepe called during his appointed window to say he was 20 minutes away. He showed up and immediately got to work on diagnosing the issue. Had the old frozen faucet off in no time and a new one installed. Troubleshooting along the way and explaining what the cost for the part would be before proceeding. Had the entire job complete in about 15 minutes including turning main water supply off / on. Great attitude, transparent pricing and timeliness… couldn’t ask for a better plumber.

We moved into a home three and half months ago and have had issues with our sewer lines. A friend recommended Max Solon Plumbing. Tyler and Andre worked on cleaning out our sewer lines and pin pointed the problem area with our the sewer line.
We were impressed by their professionalism, experience and friendliness. They offered clear and concise explanations to our plumbing problem and gave us reasonable recommendations for the solution. We have had Tyler back out to install two new high flow toilets in our home, and he did an amazing job!

Great job! Jay & Ryan did a fantastic job installing pipes outside our home for our tree root problem. The job was done without interruption & then they explained the process to us . Pictures were taken for our insurance company & now our house can be sold! They gave us an estimate before the work was done & the final payment was exactly as quoted. Would use again & again if needed!

Visit 1: They came out and replaced the flange and wax ring. They got the work done quick and very affordable. The original price for just a wax ring was very low and even with the additional surprise work it shook out extremely affordable.

Visit 2: In a completely separate event I had a leak at the main, and they came out within 30 minutes and fixed it, and just as fast and accurate and cheap as before! Best plumber ever!

I've been using Max Solon for years and have been extremely happy with them. Pepe came out today and fixed an outdoor spigot for me and replaced some valves at my mom's house. All of the plumbers at Max Solon are friendly, professional and skilled and I have always felt that the pricing is very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leaking kitchen drain arm leaking inside the wall. I opted to have it replaced rather than repaired. Andre took good care not to damage a lazy susan in a cabinet that partially blocked access. He was able to route new pipe that did not impede function of the lazy susan and cleaned the area thoroughly after completion. I've used Max Solon plumbing in the past for water heater installation and complete repipe of fresh water lines; always completely satisfied with the work ethic and professionalism of his employees. They are respectful and work from the the minute they arrive until completion of job.
