First of all, Nat responded to my call quick, and managed to schedule a next day service. John replaced the garbage disposer using the similar model but cheaper version that I bought. Job done great and fast. He even told me the trick how to loosen the disposer if something got stuck! Also he helped to fix my outdoor faucet too! Great service. I have already recommended your company to my friends in Pinellas county.

Had Max Solon replaced my Hot Water tank in my Condo today, the quote was very competitive. The tech Tyler arrived first AM and once we resolved a few logistics with the HOA, the tank was installed exactly how it should be. Everthing is servicable and professionally done. The tech's were professional, clean and completed the job in just a couple hours.

I would give Max Solon Plumbing 10* (stars). They were very competent and quick in repairing an outdoor hose spigot that broke directly off the wall. The quality of their work was better than I could have asked for. Ian and team did such a clean, professional job, and included additional safety features that I wasn't even aware of existed. I had to take photos and show my members & neighbors because it looked so good! And their pricing was so reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from other big plumbing companies (nearly 60% lower). Finally, their team is so nice, courteous, friendly (just like good neighbors), that I felt they had my back, which is unique in this kind of service industry. The first 2 photos are before and after of the repairs. And the 3rd photo was an additional repair I asked them to do since they were already here--and it still cost me less than the other quotes for only the repair.

Pepe at Max Solon Plumbing came out today to fix a clogged drain in my bathroom sink and add a new water filtration unit under my kitchen sink. I am so impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism, the cleanliness, and the fair pricing. I am thrilled that I went with them and will use them for any issues in the future.
Pepe ensured everything was working perfectly before he left, and everything was spotlessly cleaned.

Andre came and worked on our toilet. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem, called to see if the warehouse had the party, and came back. This all took two hours. We thought that was awesome time. We highly recommend.

Jay ( Jason) did a terrific job taking out the old faucet and put in a new one. The nut holding the faucet on was rusted . After a few hours of not being able to move the nut that was holding it on, we called Max Salon. He also helped fill the other 2 holes on the counter with a hand dispenser and faucet cover. We were very satisfied with the service. Jay was knowledgeable, strong and had the expertise to accomplish the task.

We have utilized Max Solon Plumbing for about 8 years on various repairs in our 1960's home in Pinellas Park. We have always been pleased with their friendly reception team and personable plumbing experts. They are prompt, honest and affordable. Two days ago they went from being great to being phenominal! We had a kitchen leak that we could not find. Rather than tearing up an entire wall to find the origin, Max Solon Plumbing referred us to third party to utilize sonar to find the specific location of the leak. Once the leak was found, Max Solon Plumbing came right back out and made the repairs. They were on time, friendly, precise, clean and affordable.

Over all just very professional and great service. Excellent communication, up front with estimates and prompt. Received a call back right away and Jesse was very helpful. Andre was scheduled to come out, called before hand to let me know he was on the way, was prompt if not a little early, and was very professional and efficient.
