Cant say enough about this company. Kevin is the best. I had a leak at my house that i just bought with supposedly "all new plumbing." Kevin repaired the 50 year old pipe and a few other things that he saw. Im out of state but he provided pictures and description of everything he did. Left the place dry and spot less. I wouldnt call any one else for my future plumbing issues. Thank you again sir!

Tony & Robert came out today and did excellent work repairing the hot water in the shower/tub. They found the issues quickly and had all the replacement parts available and sealed up everything beautifully. Very pleased with the professional gentlemen KC plumbing sent to my home for service today, highly recommend.

Our garbage disposal went out…. Tony & Robert came out to help on 11/7/25…. friendly, knowledgeable, on time, fast and clean…. they did a fantastic job, extremely impressed.

Update as we called Tony & Robert out 11/11/25 to come and replace our bidet toilet…. quick, clean & courteous. Fantastic job, truly appreciate it…. thank you for all your help.

Chris and Mike (big Mike) were excellent plumbers! Very good at their profession , my issue was de-scaling the old cast Iron pipes beneath my house! EXCELLENT job! I’m glad I choose Benjamin Franklin plumbing! Reasonably priced as well! All my water is flowing perfectly now!

Tom and Josh are very hard worker, they didn't leave until the job was done. They are very friendly and professional. Tom showed me everything they did and explained to me what it was. I am a very happy customer.

Barry called 25 mins before arriving & he arrived promptly 25 mins after that call! He then quickly fixed the low water pressure issue that was plaguing certain areas of my home for months! I told him what I had tried already, cleaning the aerator, checking for leaks, and he took my statements into consideration and was able to quickly remove the faucets and shower heads and clear the water line of sediment that had built up from the storms causing my water to be off for months. Thank you so much Barry! Never thought I’d be so excited to wash dishes.

Josh and Tom are very professional and knowledgeable. Josh conducted a complete inspection and made recommendations. As a result, they made several improvements to our home's plumbing system. I would not hesitate to have them perform any new installations or repairs on our home.

BRADON our service tech was wonderful. He checked are entire plumbing system and explained anything that we could need. He was easy to understand and very helpful.
