Clogged kitchen sink. Mason, the plumber was quick and clean and finished in less than 30 minutes. Competitor was here 2 hours and couldn't unclog sink!!!

Excellent customer service, installation and pricing for both residential and commercial. Highly recommended! Rooterman just removed an old garbage disposal in my home that no longer worked. They are on-time, clean and do a great job! My new insurance company required the disposal to be removed in order to bind coverage.

I had a clogged line. I called and talked to Jennifer. She was very helpful and was able to get Tom to come out in less than an hour. Tom and his helper cleared the clog very quickly. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I would highly recommend them. The were very professional and knowledgeable. Great job.

Excellent plumbing company! They arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. Fair pricing, professional service, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend!

They came completely unprepared, even though I had clearly described the issue beforehand. They didn’t have the right equipment, didn’t fix anything, and still charged $180 for doing absolutely nothing and less than 30 min there. To make it worse, they claimed they’d need to break a wall and charge another $500 to fix it. Later, another professional came, brought the correct faucet, replaced it with no problem, and even laughed at how ridiculous the first quote was. Total waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst communication and incompetent personel. The office didn't relay my needs to the estimator & he didn't listen when I told him what the other plumbers already discovered, even after he had to call his office for advice. I had to ask the estimator what he heard me say and he didn't know. Then I asked him to leave.

Rooter Man Plumbing is fantastic! They just serviced my home in Carrollwood, Tampa. We had our water heater replaced along with some outside water hose connections. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend!

We had a main line drain pipe clog and nothing was draining or flushing. It was a Sunday about 4:30 pm when I called. The job was completed and the problem solved by 6:00 pm. The tech was very professional and kept me informed of the progress. He also fixed the garbage disposal that was jammed and not working. I could not ask for better service! Thank you Rooter-Man!q

Came to our rescue 11pm on a Saturday night the weekend before Thanksgiving. Restored our hot water and disappeared into the night. So very grateful for such great service!
