Rooter-man will always be my go-to for ALL my plumbing needs! The girls in the office are always SUPER helpful and professional. Then the plumbers that come into my home are always professional and courteous. If you like supporting local family owned businesses, they are definitely the company for you!

After moving in within the past month, we recently encountered some issues with toilet backups and sewage coming up through the bathtub drains. Couldn't flush toilets. Reached out to Rooter-Man. Our man Kyle was very professional and after an assessment he confidently stated he'd definitely be able to help us out. Surely enough he got it done, showed what the issues were and found a potential flaw in the drainage pipe. Would definitely highly recommend.

Great from start to finish. Brianna was happy and helpful on the phone. Torry arrived earlier than expected for an emergency situation. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Kyle was great! He came into our condo was very polite and respectful. He got the job done very efficiently and was able to get our bathtub to drain for my one year-old son. Very happy with him and recommend using him thru Rooter-Man

Had a small leak outside my house. Called and in a short time mason showed up found the problem and advised a couple of ways to fix it. He did not pressure me while making the choice. He had a long term recommendation and I will be calling them for that project also. Very happy.

Disrespectful and Dismissive Customer Service

I reached out to this company with a few basic questions about a quote for potential work. Instead of receiving the courtesy and professionalism you'd expect from any reputable contractor, I was met with an abrupt and dismissive response -- told that "several emails had already been sent" rather than simply answering my questions. I found the tone unnecessarily condescending and completely unhelpful. If a company can't be respectful or take the time to explain their own quote to a prospective customer, that raises serious concerns about how they'd handle an actual job. There are plenty of businesses in the Tampa Bay area that value professionalism and communication -- I strongly suggest choosing one of them instead.

Donald Mason was my plumber. He was neat, respectful of my property, effecient and did a great job. The price was a little steep but working with galvenized pipes I did not get any better quotes. Thank you. I highly recommend Donald Mason

Rooter-Man has been fantastic from the first call until the last minute of the service call. I was referred by our handyman for a non emergency job of running a water line from scratch for a refrigerator and a bad leak in our shower plumbing. I spoke with Briana. She was so professional, and very upbeat. She got me scheduled the very next day! My plumber, Tom, arrived at the time stated and I just can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely chill and approachable, very knowledgeable and went about the jobs we had in a very efficient and tidy manor. He was friendly, concise, and had a great sense of humor. He focused on his work but still maintained a personal connection. He had to reach some pretty tight spots and did it all with a smile and wasted no time. One of the better contractor/ service call experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Will be using Rooter—Man for future plumbing needs.

I’m very happy with the end result. I think Donald did a great job and he was kind and courteous. I appreciate very much the good customer service and always keeping me informed. My only possible negative is that I did think the price was a little high for the service.

Torry was the consummate professional. I received a text when he was on the way. When he arrived, he assessed the problem, retrieved the necessary equipment from his van, and went to work. Resolved the issue in short order and left everything in good order.

What a great crew! This company is the Gold standard of business! Communication from the estimate to completion was stellar. Then the installers were on time, polite and knowledgeable, paying attention to details. Had an on demand water heater installed and it is amazing. No more cold showers!
