I had a very pleasant and helpful experience with David mendieta. I appreciate his knowledge and explanation about my new system. A very kind and patient gentleman.

Had a leak in the p trap under the bath sink. Rust hole. Told them I wanted chrome. They provided rubber coupling, ( fernco) and new p trap . Cut pipe, install coupling, install p trap. 3 hours ??? $1002.00. no way the parts cost more than 150. so that's 250 an hour for labor. and 40 minutes or abot 200 to go and get the chrome parts that I requested when the call was made. I a an electrician in st pete 35 years . we have an hourly rate
they don't they just give you a number.how much? As much as possible. They took advantage of us. Will never call or recommend. In fact I will be sure to share this with everyone. Only thing I can think is the service tech gets commission for overcharging. They charged me $250 an hour. That's their rate. Nice.

Tom was impressive! Arrived early and took less than an hour to replace the leaking pipe with ease. His experience and knowledge really showed. I will definitely request him next time.

I had Joshua Forti come out and help me with a clog. It ended up being a lot more, but he was an awesome guy and a great help. Help walked me through everything step by step, he was super friendly, and super knowledgeable about what he was doing and any questions I had.

I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing to give me an estimate on having the waterline connected to my new refrigerator. Service Technicians , Joshua and Jonathan, came out the very next morning. They were both friendly, courteous, and professional. While they were here, they gave me a free estimate on other plumbing issues I was concerned about. I would highly recommend their services when you need plumbing work done. Thank you, Joshua and Jonathan!

Brandon did an excellent job putting in a shut off valve for a water line out to a dock. He was very courteous, and volunteered some small extra services that you rarely see in large businesses anymore.

Tom was awesome today with replacing my water heater! I thought we’d be taking cold showers for a week before someone came out, but called at 9 AM & done by 2 PM. Can’t ask for better service than that & reasonably priced! Great work, Tom ! Thanks again!

Tom and Brandon came out to give me a quote and they were far and above more professional than any other quotes I got. They took the time to actually see where my drainage pipes were, spending plenty of time in my home before giving me a quote. They even climbed up on the roof and it was dark, but they worked together as a team and located the pipes.The other quotes I got stood in the doorway, talked for five minutes and said they would send me a quote.. These guys put on shoe protectors to walk through my laminate floors, laid down floor covering and cleaned up after themselves during the installation. They were clean cut and in a uniform. Like I said they were far and above anybody else who gave me a quote. I just trusted them immediately. I requested that these two do my installation and they made that happen. I will use them again without hesitation for any thing in the future.

Tom was very courteous and very detailed in presenting options. That is the number one thing that I love about B.F. there is no pressure. I have had great experiences with all three conglomerates. Thank you all for great services.

Josh Forti was incredible. Very informative and understanding. Walked me through the entire process and even did his best to fit in my price range. I’ll be getting more work with him in the future. This guy is a true professional.

I felt the technician was more interested in trying to get me to purchase other repairs as hot water heater, etc. I was dealing with a family issue and I felt he was taking too much time trying to work on estimates
He also signed me up for a club membership of $ 120 which I will not use due to the encounter.
Tried to contact the company to explain the charge and no return call back.

My partner and I had a great experience getting a quote from our technician Josh Forti. He called me ahead of time, arrived precisely when he said he would, conducted a thorough inspection of our home, was completely transparent about the repair process, and had an overwhelmingly positive attitude, presence, and demeanor. I thoroughly look forward to working with him and would highly recommend this company if all techs are as good as Josh was to us.

I was lucky to have Tom K. as a plumber. He was on time, called me at 8am when I had a time frame from 8am-12pm.He was always quick to respond to my texts abd answered my calls. This was a situation with a disaster water leak from the unit above, which ruined my water heater in the condoi was renting. Tom was very efficient and sent me the quote and the pictures I requested. The water heater was replaced the same within a few hours after the leak in the unit above was stopped. Thank you, Tom! You are a 5+ star plumber!

Tom kessinger with Ben Franklin plumping was awesome, very knowledgeable and was able to head off other problems and worked with you to work what’s in your budget. And yes heaven sent because I wanted a new sink facet wasn’t in the plan but he worked it in. ❤️❤️❤️

Today Tom did another excellent job with a complicated and grumpy toilet. Two new longer bolts and wax rings, tightened all of the three toilets seats and double checked parts. No more leaks on the ceilings below! Fabulous!! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻👍🏻💯

They didnt pull a permit for the work they did. I live in saint pete and I have a few reasons to belive we should have had a permit. It wasn't huge but it was a 1400$ job. I will take some blame because we didnt ask to many questions and just assumed that was part of what we were paying for. We had them move our kitchen pipes like a foot. I will also say that I didnt discuss what they were replacing it with, i just assumed it was the same or similar. They replaced it with cpvc and I didnt realize how much more brittle it was. They also capped the line instead of installing valves like we previously had before. Again, my bad because i didnt ask questions or make them correct it. We didnt know about them not pulling permits until the other tech came out for the quote to then install the sink. When we saw the quote and it was out of our budget we politely decline. What he responded with was "your last project was more" we then had a conversation about that needed a permit, simply hooking up a sink dosent generally need permits. That's how I found out about the whole permit issue. He also said i may be able to get it down a little more but it wouldnt be close to what you think you were going to pay- this also aggravated me because this also tells me that I didnt get the best price possible to start with. This situation felt pushy, and he kept making comments about not wanting us to have to wait any longer which also aggravated us because this is 1 year post storm damage and we have been very paitent- we couldn't get it all done that day anyways because we were missing a chord for the dishwasher and some screws for the sink. He was there for way to long after we politely declined, he did not get the hint.

We contacted Ben Franklin for a water heater replacement and water filtration system install. From the beginning Tom was very professional and conducted a full plumbing inspection. They were able to complete the work in one day and work out a fair price.

Brandon Forney was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly professional and took extra care to work quickly and quietly while my baby was napping. Would definitely recommend requesting him on any service.
