This was my 2nd experience with Benjamin Franklin in a week.i was given quick appt. For an estimate and they came prepared to work if estimate accepted! They also inspect all the water appliances so I know what needs looking at sooner than later, fantastic way to plan my budget. Needless to say this plumbing outfit is my new go to 5 star all the way.

Brandon was great! He did what he could to bring down the high price tag and helped out with a few additional issues while we waited for the pipes to finish curing. Glad I got him for performing the repairs. Highly recommended!!

Tom did a fantastic job identifying the problem and providing me multiple solutions to work with my budget and needs. He was timely and very thoughtful making sure to show me the problem areas with video and when the broken peices came out.

Fantastic experience working with Tom and Brandon, I couldn't be happier with the results! They repaired the heater and fixed the kitchen sink with a level of skill and professionalism that truly stood out. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon provided annual maintenance on my water heater. Brandon works very neatly and efficiently. Always explains what he is doing in a way that I can understand. He is a great technician and an asset to this company.

Nick Moffitt did an excellent repair on our Bidet and flushed the hot water heater. It was loaded with calcium due to the lack of maintenance on my part but Nick took care of the problem. Highly experienced and very customer oriented. I’ve never heard of Benjamin Plumbing but they are my go to and have knocked my previous plumber out of my contact list!

Josh and Jonathan were great, they were early for the appointment and the work on the maintenance and installation was great and all work was completed that same afternoon. Very professional, the price was good and all the work was explained well and done neatly and the work area cleaned after completion. I will be happy to recommend both of them and Ben Franklin

On 2/22/2026 my water heater was leaking. Tom kessinger came was extremely polite and professional. I needed a new unit which I have and his work was amazing! Thank for making my weekend and giving me peace of mind.

I would 100% recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing! My technician David Mendieta was a professional throughout and helped me navigate the pricing, negotiation and installation in Clearwater from our home in Philadelphia. I never met David in person but he worked with my neighbor on timing and installation. Very reasonably priced and professional execution throughout!

I was in a panic on a plumbing concern. I called late in the day. They were here in less than 24 hours. I was notified they might be running a little late. Then received a message when they were on their way. When they entered my home, they immediately put on foot covers. They were very detailed on the inspection, testing and explaining everything to me. I haven't had this type of professional service in many years. Plus, they are very reasonable.

We are from out of state visiting family, and they urgently needed a plumber but had no one to call. We contacted Benjamin Franklin and they sent someone out the same day. Brandon was great. He listened to our concerns, he then examined the situation. He made some recommendations and walked us through the options and estimates and let us make a well informed decision. High quality and timely work. We would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and Brandon!

Joshua was professional and respectful. He took time to explain options and recommendations for future work without pressure to commit. I appreciate the extra time taken to review the conditions of my pipe fixtures and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

The guys did a great job installing my water softener and filter system, and did it same day! Not the cheapest I was quoted (or the most expensive), but they provided additional value by flushing and cleaning my tankless water heater (which I hadn’t even considered). Now I have pure water throughout!

Tom was very helpful and professional as well as his employee he was training. Both provided us some other plumbing options and were pretty thorough. We decided to go with them in the initial visit, which we did not do with a couple other firms giving us bids. They made a very reasonable adjustment to their bid staying competitive and their knowledge and professionalism made the decision easy for us. Never a convenient time when water pipe breakages happen! Monday evening on a holiday. I called Benjamin Franklin at 9:20 pm with an emergency call. Tom K. was the service tech assigned. He contacted me within 30 minutes of my call to let me know he was enroute. He showed up well presented, clean cut and in uniform. Very well mannered, professional, and knowledgeable. After I explained what happened and the action I had taken, he explained my options. He was thorough and made sure I understood everything. We decided on the least costly option knowing that after he opened a small hole in the drywall would determine whether I would have a larger problem or not. Fortunately for me it was not the worse case scenario and it was something Tom could fix. He was finished within a couple hours and I had water again. I cannot express enough, my gratitude for Tom K. and Benjamin Franklin. I will not hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing repairs and/or new installations.

Outstanding new water heater purchase, removal and installation, all in one afternoon. Tom Kessinger is one heck of a professional. Tom did not over promise or under deliver. We had a great experience with Brandon. He came out quickly, was punctual and courteous, and took the time to listen before getting started. He replaced an old pipe that wasn’t up to standard with a much higher-quality solution and completed the job efficiently. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was top-notch. It’s hard to find reliable professionals like this — highly recommend!

This is second time that Max's company has worked at our house and his staff is the best ever.

First of all, we had to turn the water off early Sunday morning due to a leak behind the wall in our laundry room. We left a message and Max called within 5 minutes - the same prompt response time as before.

Ian, his tech, arrived at the agreed time on Monday. He had to use a jackhammer to break up the floor. What we thought would be a nightmare turned out to be much better than expected. Ian was proficient and professional. He completed the job in a timely fashion and ensured the job area was cleaned before he left. Ian also explained what the job entailed prior and during the repair. The wall and floor will be repaired in a few days.

Automated texts were sent to confirm the appointment and to indicate that Ian was enroute.

Although we don't want any additional plumbing issues, Max Solon Plumbing has our respect and is our go-to plumbing contractor. The cost was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Max Solon Plumbing.

We just had a really great experience with John with Max Solon Plumbing! John was very communicative regarding his arrival, was friendly and informative, and gave me a good idea of what I should expect on pricing. John then went to work and quickly found and fixed our problem.
