While comparing different roofing companies, I met Dallas and I knew I would go with Trust Roofing. He referred me to Errol who was the manager of the crew who did my roof. Errol kept me in the loop all along. He answered all my questions, he supervised closely the work and his crew was terrific. Everything was started and done as promised. Great company and wonderful teamwork. Thank you again Dallas and Errol for a well done roof.

Tim came out to give us a roof replacement estimate on my childhood home that was in need of updating to current state standards. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We really appreciated his insightful approach to our particular roof and situation as well as his suggestions on various ways to protect the overall integrity of the project. We can’t recommend Trust Roofing enough and the 10 year warranty is Chef’s Kiss on top of high quality workmanship!

We had 6 quotes for roof estimates and Dallas at Trust had the best customer service and sold us on using them. They showed up bright and early and were cleaned up and gone by 5pm. Everyone from Trust Roofing that I dealed with from the main office to their representatives on site were professional courteous and nice. The crew that worked on the 3 roofs were proficient and knew exactly what they were doing and also very nice. They made sure all was cleaned up and put away for the next days work. Also when finished all spent time cleaning and looking for anything that might have given problems. Felt comfortable they were on it and not to worry. Am impressed and happy with my new 3 roofs.

They did an OUTSTANDING job on my roof. They were extremely professional. They communicated with me every step of the way. The job took only one day. They were extremely respectful and clean with my property. And, they are extremely AFFORDABLE.
When I called to get a quote, I was told that they weren’t the cheapest roofers around. But that they stood by their work and they don’t contract out their workers, they’ve got their own crew. A big reason for my choosing them.
Turned out that they were the more affordable too of all the other companies!

No pressure sales. DALLAS took time out of his busy schedule to deliver roof samples for color choices & was available to answer all questions.
Operations- ALLISON did an outstanding job with communicating project details and scheduling processes.
EROL & team arrived on time, layed tarps over my pool and sensitive plants & bushes. I was also provided real time photos of the job as it progressed.
EROL handled the task of delivering change order details in a very professional manner. His follow up during and after the job completion was commendable.

Trust Roofing earned my respect by how they handled a tough situation and owned it completely.

When I raised concerns about workmanship and compliance, Robin personally stepped in and made the call to redo work that had just been completed so everything would meet Florida Building Code and GAF installation standards. That decision costs real money, and most companies won’t do it. He did.

Robin is rare. His energy, enthusiasm, passion, and integrity are obvious the minute you talk to him. I really like him. He built this company from scratch into a $10M+/year operation doing 500+ roofs per year across Pinellas and Hillsborough, and it shows in how seriously he takes his reputation and his customers.

They protected my home from rain, kept the roof watertight throughout the process, and are going to extreme lengths to make sure the final product is right — not just “good enough" or sweeping things under the rug.

If you want a company led by someone who genuinely cares about doing things right but also acknowledges and owns when they make a mistake, this is who you want. I spoke with multiple other roofing companies before and during this process, and none came close to the level of ownership and accountability Trust Roofing showed--they exude extreme ownership. After doing a lot of research and shopping around......I decided to go with Trust Roofing for my new metal roof install. Now the roof is complete....I am very happy with the results. Everyone at trust roofing was great to us. They were very flexible. We had to reschedule a few times because we hadn't received P.O.A. approval yet. Tati , Elvin, Alex, Tara, Renee, Dorothy & Dillon were extremely helpful and polite throughout the whole process. Manny was fantastic repairing the roof. He was very thorough and focused on doing things the right way and making sure we were satisfied with his work and his proposed solutions. It is really nice that they take pictures of everything they do during the project so you can see what is happening and how they are progressing. This company provided great customer service.

About a year after our roof was replaced, we noticed what looked like some rotting around our existing flashing and decided to reach out. I was honestly impressed by how quickly the company responded. They had someone out to our house within 24 hours to take a look.

The entire team, from our call made to Alex our initial project manager to Tyler the quality assurance manager, were all friendly, professional, and took the time to walk us through the process and what they had found. They fixed our issue with constant communication and also shared some resources and helpful tips on how we can better protect the flashing going forward.

It really meant a lot to see a company stand behind their work and respond so quickly, even a year after the installation. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
