We really wanted our grout cleaned and restored to its brown color. We had a lot of work done in the house since we moved in and the grout has turned splotchy white in areas from Sheetrock dust and debris, possibly sand from our shoes? The person cleaning the tile tried his best but could not restore the color. He tried to say it was paint but we are certain it was not paint that caused the widespread discoloration. We are very disappointed that it did not work out. They also cleaned a few club chairs that are a few years old and showing some dirt and they came fairly clean except the arms still showed a little dirt. This is the first time we used a company like this so nothing really to compare to but it was very expensive to clean our tile and we are very disappointed in the results. We wouldn't mind the cost if they could have restored the grout to the brown color.

Absolutely LOVE Chris' Carpet Service. Chris and Barbara passionately care about what they do and the people they serve and it shows in the quality of their work! True professionals through and through, with servant hearts. Our family recently purchased a gently used sectional sofa which we fell in love with but unfortunately so did the pets of the previous owners and there was nothing I tried that could get the "doggy" smell out of the cushions. I know Chris and Barbara through church and knew they had a carpet and upholstery cleaning business, so I called to inquire if they might specialize in deodorizing as well as cleaning and she mentioned that they had a special treatment they could apply that typically does the trick, so I made arrangements to get them to her and 3 days later they were ready for pick up and you would have thought they were brand new cushions!!! The smell was completely gone and my house smells fresh again! I can't thank them enough! All that said, I highly recommend this business for any of your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs! You won't be disappointed!!

I didn't get what I needed or thought I was going to get today. Short version - tech wouldn't go under the house & that's where I think the mold is!
Long version- I live in a mobile home. Anybody who accesses the underside of the home slides out a few cinder blocks and slides them back when they're done.
I understand that the tech was not willing to do that.
But that is what I paid for.

This company is spot on. very accommodating and fast response. From the office to our tech Zack, we are extremely happy with the work and will have them back to do more in a few weeks. I was never pressured to upsell but amazed by the knowledge. I would recommend them and will continue to use Chris's Carpet cleaning. We also love the special touch and design Zack puts in the carpet to show he really cares about the customer.
