I had Ron, he did great and if I ever need carpet cleaning again I will definitely use this company. Services took about 1.5 hours for 3 rooms and cost around 240$

Words cannot explain how much this company has done for me and my four children when I first found out that our apartment had mold I was devastated because it was only a few days before Christmas. I didn’t have any money to accommodate me and my children’s situation and I had no help as well Until Chris carpet service and water restoration stepped in and rescued us with a Christmas miracle they covered everything and completely left us stress-free. The equipment used to clean my carpets was very clean. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and thorough with cleaning. She treated my home like it was her own.

We have used Chris’ Carpet Service multiple times and always have had excellent service. This time I had them clean my tile and grout which is in all the rooms except bedrooms. They did a fantastic job and my floors look brand new! They were on time, professional and friendly.

Restoration process was smooth and thorough; allowing us to continue our daily life through the process. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with the timeline we needed and countless questions. It’s never convenient having a home issue that requires an insurance claim and restoration. Matt and team made the process as positive as possible; allowing us to continue our daily lives while the entire downstairs was worked on. In the past 3 years we have needed Chris Carpet for flood restoration and mold issues twice. The damage was substantial and overwhelming in both situations. Thank goodness for this company and everything they did to restore our condo. Professional, thorough, attention to every detail and willing to go above and beyond to make a very stressful situation more manageable. Communication and response time with any questions or concerns throughout the entire process was exceptional. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review for the quality of their restoration work…from start to finish. Thank you Chris Carpet and I highly recommend them.

Excellent! Highly recommend. The quote for the work was below two other quotes and the work completed was top tier. We had a water heater breakdown spilling water all over my apartment. They were professional, punctual, attention to detail and above all honest as to what was necessary to remedy the damaged carpet and flooring. Matthew was the technician who was a pleasure to work with.

I would not recommend this company for mold remediation work. I had to evacuate due to 4 kinds of mold in bedroom after hurricane in 2024 and returned home to a huge mess. They stated they had to go into every room, cabinet, closet etc for cleanup but mold was only in one room. Some areas were not touched at all. Items were not put back in place as stated. There is a whole in window screen that they made for a hose and did not fix. I took pictures. I was repeatedly told they would return to help with disorganization but that did not happen. Huge price!

Our experience with Chris' Carpets Service goes back to 2012 when we moved into our condominium in Largo and needed a good carpet cleaning company to come before we moved in. Ron was a gem and an honest man. I made some comment about what I thought of the carpeting, and he told me it was a high-end, excellent carpet and “wait until you see it clean!”. He was right and I’m glad I kept it! And kept in touch with Chris’ Carpets.

Fast forward fourteen years later and a little bit in between, we have used at least 5 of the 7 services Chris’ Carpets offer. We had them dry us out after Ian and again after Milton. From Milton, we had water under our living room tile floor. The tiles could not be lifted without breaking so a “small but tidy!” demolition took place. This was followed by drying out the concrete with seriously industrial equipment, tenting the area so as not to effect other parts of our home. They used a Hepa air scrubber to prevent any dust or building debris. The concrete slab was Hepa vacuumed as were all ceiling, walls, and floors several times. Then following the Hepa vacuuming they bio-wiped all surfaces inside the containment area with a plant-based disinfectant. These guys don’t kid around!

Barbara recommended an excellent tile man, Julius Gyurkovic, who did an outstanding job prepping the area and laying the new tiles!

Everyone we have ever dealt with at Chris’ Carpets, is a total professional. Whether it’s Barbara steering the ship and booking appointments and arranging schedules from the office or Matt and Greg coming to rescue drowning floor tiles. These people are always on time, friendly, fun to spend ½ your day with and never leave a mess.

We received several quotes for the story as above and by far Chris’ Carpets offered the best value for money and advice on how to proceed, saving us thousands, as others quoted for unnecessary options.

And now I’ve come full circle, as Ron will be here Friday to clean my “high-end, excellent” carpet for the 5th or 6th time over the years. I can't wait until I see them clean!

Nice guys. They know what they are doing.We needed some repairs done. They knocked out the cleaning and repairs very efficiently. Gutters are spotless. They send you pictures and let you know exactly what they repair. They bag up the debris unlike some companies. I would highly recommend them.

Joe and Billy worked as a team to trim our oak trees and Palm tree. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. They went above and beyond, and we plan to use their services for other needs as well.
