This happen this year September 17 2025 this is not a good company they sent Lee out to my house for my ache look at it and said it was to much refrigerant let it out my ac wouldn’t work it was so hot in the house when I email them and all there was no response and until today I still haven’t heard from them he was ruled please do not use this company and I have kids in my house they didn’t care

Had them come out to replace a unit through our Home Warranty. Was very helpful then but since install we’ve tried to reach out on numerous occasions to get assistance with the unit as it’s not working. No answer, we’ve left messages, no returned calls. We’ve had to have other companies come look at the unit and they won’t touch it because it’s under warranty and they felt it best the company who installed it fix it.

Used company because they were contracted through warranty company. My ac has been broken for going on two months now, had 3 different (all theirs) techs out counting the one that’s on his way today. My major complaint is communication, warranty company was only able to contact them through email. I have tried multiple times to call but no response, then the voicemail is full. Last tech was nice and efficient and even gave me his number to text but haven’t heard back from him either this week. It’s more than frustrating that number one we can’t get this thing figured out in this heat and two, zero communication from company. I got a text from the warranty company or their automated tracker that my tech would be here in just under an hr, thats the first I have heard in 2 weeks while waiting. Super frustrating, will not be using them in the future.
Simple thing like communication.

The tech that came out was prompt and efficient. He called before he arrived and gave an ETA, and he actually arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. Alex is the name of the TECH, and I have to say that exceeded my expectations. He was very cordial and professional. He identified the issue and took care of it immediately. He explained throughly what he repaired and told us if we had any problems with the unit and how to contact the company. I would definitely use Bring the Cool again, as well as recommend them to others.

Mike, owner of Bring the Cool, was fantastic to work with. He and his assistant worked very professionally for several hours to drain and remove my old A/C and install the new condenser and air handler. He also gave us lots of tips for how to get the most out of our new system and to properly care for it so it will last for years. First American chose the service company to install the new system, and they picked an outstanding company to do the work. We highly recommend Mike and Bring the Cool for quality workmanship and professional service.

Johnathan and Mike responded to our service request for our A/C unit via our home warranty. They provided a quick, quality fix for the issues we were having. Very professional. They took the time to explain the issue and the actions required to fix the problem. Service was completed during the visit and we are very pleased with them. 10/10 recommend!

Matt showed up as scheduled. He worked swiftly and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was very surprised that he had the necessary replacement parts with him. It was a pleasure to have someone with Matt's experience and focus to get our AC unit back into service. I would highly recommend Matt.

Mike and Matt were referred to me by my home warranty company and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Mike had great communication and was extremely informative, helping me to make decisions on a couple issues for my duplex.

They were very friendly, knowledgeable about the AC Unit and about how often I should have the AC Maintenance done. I had my unit repaired by them weeks ago, and it’s been working exceptionally since then. Today I got a service maintenance to clean the coils and the drain line. They did an exceptional job and at a reasonable price. I recommend them for all your AC needs!!!

This company fixed my a/c and it lasted about 12 hours. When they came back out to fix it they said parts needed to be ordered and then completely ghosted. It has been a week and three days of non stop calling and trying to get in touch unsuccessfully. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Very impressed with this company. Mike first came out at the end of the day to troubleshoot and fix a ductwork issue. While here, the thermostat failed and he replaced it. Mike saved me from having to spend a night without AC. I was so impressed I asked him to come back and get me started on annual maintenance, which he did. Mike is professional and cares about the customer. Use Bring the Cool! You will be happy with the service provided.

Had them back for a second unit and once again over and above. Polite friendly and professional. Thank you for understanding working families.

We were given a 12:00-4:00 service window to service the AC blowing warm air, he pulled into the drive at 12:30. He checked the coolant, compressor and capacitor. The capacitor was bad which he replaced, started it back up blowing cool air and was driving away in less than 30 min. 😎

Do not use Bring the Cool. They will not return your callls/emails I have been waiting for 3 weeks to discuss my A/C installation. This is a warranty claim, BTC labor & non covered items are outrageous
Integrity and Honesty, this they are lacking.

I'm not sure what the scam is they have going on but they keep saying they have submitted the report to the home warranty company but haven't. Then they say they will submit it by 6:00pm but didn't. They don't answer their phone, return calls or respond to texts. Zero communication. My repair is covered under my policy if they would just submit their report. But no worries, I just had my claim assigned to another company. And I WILL be contacting the Department of Professional Regulation Monday morning.

Bring The Cool was great to work with. They were contracted through our Warranty. Quick appointment, thorough inspection and diagnostics of our unit. I have used them several times and happy with their services

First I have to say the technician Joshua was great. Gave me a 15 Mins adance courtesy call to notify me they are on the way. He is actually the 2nd guy who came to repair my AC. The first one who came 38 days ago didn't do that. Plus why I have to say 38 days ago is because in the home warranty, if the same recurring issue comes back within 30 days, I won't need to pay for the fee again. So the 3rd stars was for this issue that the same recurring issue came back on the 38th day. Therefore I had to call my home insurance warranty again and of course I had to pay again. And my home insurance has to assign them again! I requested for another Ac company but they say they have to use them again. If the first technician could have fixed it and made it last for at least 3 to 6 months, I wouldn't have given a 3 stars.

However Bring the Cool company itself can improve on sowething as well. They gave us an available appt on both times a week away from the time we called our home warranty insurance. Our home warranty assigned them immediately. So no delays on home warranty side. Can you imagine an AC not working in the hot 90 degrees for a whole week? How can anyone wait for this company to come fix their problem? Maybe they were short staffed the first time, but this is 2nd time around, and it's still the same 1 week wait.
All I hope now is I don't have the same recurring problem 3rd time with slightly past 30 days again. If it does, I will for sure come back here and lower the stars on the review or write a new one with 1 star.
