Our Tech was Mike. Great Tech - Efficient analysis and repair. Showed up on time and was very friendly. We scheduled through our home warranty and had an appt within a few days.Analysis and repair was completed in the same visit. We recommend this Tech/Company for HVAC repair.

Cornelius was personable friendly quick and professional. My house was 90 degrees and set at 63. I work from home and th heat was starting to make me physically ill. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed about what he was doing the issue and solutions on how to prevent the problem in the future. I would recommend Cornelius hands down!

I had scheduled a home warranty repair for my HVAC system that stopped working which was already a mess. Had to call an emergency repair company to come fix it & it was fixed. Decided to keep my appointment from the home warranty company that was scheduled with Bring The Cool. First, they don’t answer calls or voicemails at all. Next, the tech comes out and I tell him the system is running fine but I was told by the emergency tech it probably needs more refrigerant, so he adds some to the system. 15 minutes after he leaves my system is powered on for 2 seconds & powers off. This happens nonstop. The tech doesn’t answer texts or phone calls & the company won’t answer phone calls from my home warranty company. The “final report” won’t be submitted so my home warranty company can’t move on with using another company or rescheduling another appointment. Awful experience in this early summer Florida heat

The technician Alex was very helpful about the AC unit and that it needed replaced. Kept in contact for me to kennel my dogs. Did an awesome job to give me my AC back being on oxygen and disabled. Thank you

Kyle called me several times to inform me of when he would arrive. He was very polite, knowledgeable and went right to work. Had the problem diagnosed, part replaced and nice COLD A/C within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company again.

Haven't even been serviced yet, but they keep scheduling the appointment without contacting me to make sure it works with my schedule as well. As others have stated, I tried calling but there's an auto message stating they are unable to answer the phone, but then the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message to call back! Ridiculous, and unfortunately, I'm stuck with them because this was set up with my home warranty.

Worst company I have dealt with. AC was at least keeping the house below 80. They come out and break it. AC blows 82. Contact them, 3 hours later. No answer, voicemail is full. Text them, they say tech is full n the way. 4 hours later, still no tech. They were selected for a home warranty. They are shady at best. Avoid them. I have no choice but to use them.

This company was scheduled through my home warranty. When I would try and call to get in touch with someone about my time there was no answer. They don’t answer the phone nor do they return calls when you leave a message. Got to the point where voicemail is full.

I had to have a technician come out 3 times and almost 4 to even fix our AC. Had one come out and say nothings wrong but my AC is set to 76 and is 83 degrees in my house. First time they fixed one thing, next time nothing wrong and the third time they fixed something else. Each time it was still at least 82 degrees in my house. I had scheduled to have them come back out but was going to be too long and ended up getting it fixed properly.

All and all if you have to deal with them good luck.

Absolute worst experience with a contractor in my life. They have been here over 6 times in the last yeR and still not resolved. They never call directly or answer phone call. I have been waiting 10 days for them to send my home warranty company a rrport to no avail. They were here 6/23 and said issue was resolved. They were here 10 days ago and said issue was resolved. They were here today and now it’s a new issue that the contractor today said should have been caught. They use contractors. I had an appointment 12-4 today. Office never called. Contractor calked at 6:20 said he will be here shortly. DO NOT USE awful

We had the pleasure of a service visit from Mike and he was fantastic. He was here early into the service window, very friendly, fixed the issue super quick, gave us a full rundown of the issue, and even gave us advice to help us keep our system running well in the future.

highly irresponsible. I've called and left voicemails and don't get even a return call. The tech came and inspected my unit and it has been a week and he still hasn't filed the report with my insurance company. The company's voicemail is full and doesn't return calls or respond. Not what one would expect from a professional hvac company.

Mike and Jonathan are amazing! There were so many obstacles within the walls of my home, but they were able to do the best work with very little mess! I couldn’t believe how professional they were! Mike makes sure everything is completed correctly at a great price! I will definitely use Bring the Cool again!

All my years I have never experienced such a thing, my AC wasn't cooling, it showed 83 degrees inside even though it was set for 70, I contacted my home warranty company so a technician from bring the cool Inc came to my home, said it was a battery problem, did what he needed to do and left, 5 to 8 hours pass nothing changed, unit is running but no cool air, I called and no answer, you can't even leave a message, mail box is completely full. 24 hours has passed so I called the home warranty, A week has gone by with no AC they now sent a second technician Jonathan who came by and said it was a loose wire, and I was told to wait 12 hours for AC to cool up the house, which I waited LoL, nothing, same problem, I have to call my home warranty again and waited five days, I was given a third technician Michael. well they do say third time's the charm. Mike came got it fixed, my AC and unit working very good, within less than 2 hours I can feel the cool air in every room, Great job, thank you so much Micheal.

My AC went out and on April 18th bring the cool came out and guy told me it was my Coil and I had to wait for that part to come in So bring the cool sent out another Guy Cornelius he said that it wasn't leaking from the outside that it was my Coil in my furnace, so he came back to My house to fix it now if something is new it's in a box, But he brought one in My house out of the box,so I asked him where's the box that it came in, his words were I took it out of the box before I got to your house,so he put that in and still no Air, So he came over July 3rd talking about I want to finish fixing your unit, I'm like No because I'm still going to have a leak,So they sent Jonathan to My house July 16th he found the problem right away IT Was outside with My Unit he talked to me and let me know what it was and pointed it out and even let me feel where the leak was. He tested it did the air pressure test To see if it was leaking once he fixed it it wasn't he showed it to me on the meter thing that he had the pressure was holding so I have really had an experience with these people It really hasn't been a good one because I've been waiting since April for my AC and it's a shame that they try to give you the runaround and tell you it's one thing and it's totally something else but Jonathan was good he came right in and did got the job done but like I said I will see you in the morning see if I still have air because at this point I really don't trust these people or I should say some of the people that they sent out to your house and not being honest WELL GUESS WHAT IT'S STILL NOT FIXED

Jonathan came out and fixed the heating issue and explained everything that was happening and how he fixed it. They are so informative and kind. Thank you Bring the Cool!!

My experience went well with Bring The Cool. Matt showed up before the scheduled time, was quick, and very professional. He replaced any parts and fixed any issues he saw fit. Hopefully when I return home from work today, my home will be cool ☺️
