2nd visit different problem. Air stopped cooling on Fri. Called warranty co, Bring the Cool showed up Monday morning. To our delight we were assigned Jonathan again. Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful as always. We were low on freon. Jonathan charged the system and brought back the cool air.
Only complaint is they're not 24hrs but I understand.

1st visit
Our air went down at the start of the Labor day weekend at 11pm. Bring the Cool got a technician out after the holiday. Jonathan was awesome. He was respectful of the property, very knowledgeable and great attitude. Thank you Jonathon for explaining what had gone wrong with our system and getting fixed as fast as you could.
Price was great because our home warranty covered the repairs.

Mike, the tech was very compenant prompt and knowledgable.l He rapidly dianosed the problem, made necessary action and had the air back on within one half hour. I highly recommed him.

My heater went out a week ago, and I put in a claim with my Warranty company $150 service fee, and Bring the Cool was assigned, the technician Mike came out on yesterday, even though he was late on his arrival, I still give five stars because he was very kind and apologetic for being late, professional and knowledgeable, it took about five minutes to resolve and fix the problem (capacitor), an $8-10 part, smh, but I needed heat, so it was worth it, lol. I am satisfied with this company and would use them again.

Bring the cool was at my house on Wednesday restoring my furnace. A fuse was blown in the air handler unit. Wednesday night the system again went down. Mike (who was original tech) came back early on Friday and again trouble shot the entire system, and determined that the condenser unit had a bad wire! He is WONDERFUL!!! He worked at it for about an hour, checking absolutely everything there was to check. Bring the Cool is the HVAC company I’ll use from now on. Thanks Mike for your dedication and professionalism!!!

Such a great experience! I submitted my claim on Sunday afternoon. Within a few hours I received notification that my request had been scheduled for the next day. That’s unbelievably quick! The technician arrived within the time window. The was professional and personable. After less than half an hour my air conditioner was up and running perfectly. If only the rest of my life would be as smooth.
