Had great experience with comfort peeps heating &cooling. My AC gave out and they were able to have someone check it out within hours. Communication was great and the technician explained the issue in detail.

Great service from Brandon. I called late afternoon because my air wasn’t working at my salon. Comfort Peeps had him there first thing the following morning and fixed us up. We were able to continue servicing our customers with very little discomfort time.

This is a family-owned business, and I called them because my AC stopped working on Saturday night. They’re located right inside the Stonybrook community, and I was impressed when they returned mylcall that same evening.

They came to my house the next day around noon and quickly diagnosed the issue, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning system. I had accidentally switched the thermostat to “heat” instead of “cool,” which explained why the second-floor AC wasn’t working.

They kindly told me there would be no charge for the service call, and I truly appreciated that. These are honest, knowledgeable, and dependable professionals, and I fully intend to use them for all my future AC needs. I’m very thankful for their integrity and their help.

Brandon Culbreth was fantastic, not only did he help us get our AC up and running but he made sure we were informed on exactly what was wrong down to the parts and why it happened. We will definitely be reaching out again the next time we have an issue.
