Rodney showed up same day and immediately found the problems. He verified my warranty info checked on the availability of the parts, got the unit running so we will be comfortable tonight. He is coming back tomorrow to complete the repair. Fantastic!

My A/C would not come on. I called NxGen and Rodney came out in just a few hours. Rodney performed diagnostics on the system and had it running in short order. Rodney was very diligent and thoroughly went through the system to ensure it was operating normally.

Rodney and his team are truly the best of the best. This company is not out to rip people off but instead educate and conduct themselves in an honest manner. Surprisedly, that is hard to find nowadays especially with an AC company. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with a local company who prides themselves on honesty.

I wanted to wait a full billing cycle to see the total results of my badly needed full AC replacement. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Rodney is professional, prompt, communicative and friendly. I got a great quote, which did not demand a bunch of extras in order to do the work. The installation process was about 6 hours start to finish. It was like he was never there it was so cleaned up. I am happy to report the AC is working like a champ and my electric bill went from almost $300 a month to $170. Would highly recommend this company and have already recommended it to others. Cannot say enough about the quality of service and professionalism.

Rodney has provided excellent service for our A/C units. He performs a thorough inspection and cleaning of our units twice a year. The owner, Rodney is an exceptionally honest and wonderful technician. I had called him for a second opinion on my AC unit and I am glad I did. The other AC company was telling me that there is a leak in the unit ( not repairable) and that it needs to be replaced. Rodney told me that he thoroughly checked the unit and that there was no leak. I was very impressed with his calm and friendly demeanor not normally seen in that profession.
