I am an out-town property owner. I reached out to multiple HVAC, not only did Maggie at Modern Technology Heating & Cooling respond the quickly, they were very competitive on price. They sent pictures of the issues, and offered a couple different solutions and worked directly with the tenant for scheduling and even followed up by sending me a email with a copy of manufacturer registration certificate. I highly recommend Modern Technology Heating and Cooling.

They just put in my brand new RUUD AC unit and it works great and it only took them maybe 30 minutes to get done with it. The people were very professional and thank you for doing such a great job!
