I've known Aramis for many years as well as some of the techs, they all have a common denominator and it is honesty and knowledge of HVAC, they'll go the extra mile to satisfied a costumer. I highly recommend them.

We have used Modern Technology twice this week and they are extremely professional and reliable. They went out the same day I called and replaced an AC unit the next day. For another issue, I texted in around 2PM and they were out at our tenants unit by 430PM. I greatly appreciate the responsiveness, especially in the Landlord world. I highly recommend Modern Technology Heating & Cooling.

I've worked with Modern Technology Heating & Cooling for nearly a year. We have a 3X a year contract to service the AC of all my properties. This years maintenance was supposed to be done in April. So I started reaching out about the third week and they did not communicate back. I followed up in early May and their office secretary ( Anna? ) was going to put together a list of properties that had been maintained . . never got that. I followed up with Maggie on this, she said she would update me. . never did. I sent them a job on one of the properties they were maintaining, and got a quote back of nearly $500 to fix it (I was shocked since they had been maintaining this unit and had fixed a similar problem nearly a year ago. . the tenant mentioned that another company who my property manager sent out mentioned a specific step in the original process that was not done properly). Since I had worked with Maggie before I requested a small discount and got some major push back and attitude. I let it go. They eventually fixed it . . then I got an email (no call, no discussion) saying they were no longer going to maintain my properties. Really?? what happened to the list I was supposed to get early May, or were you just not making enough $$ so decided to UNPROFESSIONALLY pull out, even after telling me you were in the process of doing this years maintenance?? So I called and texted ARAMIS the owner. . asking if some of the properties were too far. . why not stay with the ones I own in Cape Coral. He never called me back just sent me a text "we are not service north anymore, have a great day".

Remember, I gave them 20 properties to maintain, and they treated / communicated in this manner?? I'd be worried if I had one unit and depended on them for consistent / professional service.

LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS BELOW WITH NOTHING ONGOING OVER THE LAST YEAR. . LOOKS VERY SUSPECT . . IN MY OPINION

We are snowbirds and were informed that our air conditioner had stopped working. Javier's contact information was shared with us and I immediately called. He was extremely professional and provided a quick and very reasonable quote for the replacement. While installing, he noticed our dryer duct had an issue and fixed it too!! He is a very punctual and hard-working man and I would highly recommend him!!
