This was the third company I called, and I was impressed by their honesty. Unlike other AC companies that tried to sell me an entire unit, they quickly identified the problem in just 20 minutes and fixed it at a fair price. Highly recommend!

RT Cooing and Heating helped us out of a jam, when we were told our AC stopped working in our condo we just bought in Naples. We currently still live in Connecticut so it's hard to deal with condo issues being 1400 miles away. Rolando went right over to the condo, and was able to quickly evaluate the situation and clear out a clogged AC drain, and get the AC back in working order, so we could keep the AC running to prevent mold growth. I was so happy with their service I signed up for a yearly AC maintenance plan with them, where they come check the AC and do a 'tune-up' on it every 6 months. I also called to ask a few questions about the AC fix and the yearly service plan, and Rolando spent a good deal of time with me on the phone and answered all my questions. RT Cooling and Heating is really a wonderful company!

Eddie and Derrick were amazing! Always on time and work is perfection!! They guys are always great, very efficient, pleasant and caring as I had recently had surgery! I always look forward to there checkups!!! So happy that I put in the split system Rolando recommended! My electric bill has decreased over $200. a month! Highly recommend!!

RT Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right, not rushed. Pricing was fair and upfront, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s hard to find reliable HVAC companies these days, but RT Heating and Cooling is one you can truly trust. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Jorge and Patrick were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Our AC wasn’t keeping up in the afternoon. Jorge diagnosed the Freon leak quickly, and identified the issue causing it. Quick repair of the evaporator coil and AC is working like new. They confirmed the part was under warranty. Even the office receptionist was fantastic. Highly recommend FBI air.

Update 5/21/19 - called tonight for a no cool. Tech was out to my home less than 20 minutes. Diagnosed issue and fixed within 30 minutes!! AGAIN, great service, super friendly staff and wonderful prices.

Very responsive to customer needs. Did an excellent job every step of the way. This was a large home complex total duct tear out and replacement with correctly sized and balance ducts. They were excellent would highly recommend. Two other recommended companies declined my job as too difficult. Have used 5 A/C companies here in FL, FBI Air is the best.

Rich and his company were wonderful and professional in installing my new AC unit. They were even able to find and fix the issues caused from the previously installed unit. I will definitely ask FBI Air to install my other AC unit and highly recommend them to other people too.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning system and contacted F.B.I. Air Conditioning. After a thorough evaluation, they identified several problems with my 15-year-old system and explained that replacement was necessary. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t take a one-price-fits-all approach—instead, they clearly presented multiple options and helped me choose what made the most sense for my needs and budget.

Even with the system failing, they were able to get it running temporarily so we wouldn’t be without air while the new unit was ordered. The coordination was impressive—everything was scheduled smoothly, and the new system was installed within about a week.

The installation team was extremely professional and respectful of my home. They worked cleanly, took precautions to protect floors and walls, and paid close attention to detail. Once the installation was complete, a senior technician conducted a final inspection to ensure everything was done correctly. He patiently answered all my questions and walked me through how to operate and program the system.

I also signed up for their maintenance plan, which I feel is worth every penny. Twice a year, they perform detailed inspections and cleanings designed to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of the system. Their transparency really stands out—they document all work with photos, which reinforces their commitment to honesty and quality service.

Overall, F.B.I. Air Conditioning is highly trustworthy, professional, and dependable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The techs were great, they completed the coil replacement and additional servicing needed in 3 hrs. The unit was purchase and installed by FBI and is not very old, in fact the parts were still under warranty. The labor charge was over 1200.00 which seems extremely high for a unit that is not that old and runs at 74 degrees. Overall the response time and quality of work was good but the labor rate seems extremely high for the work done.

The service tech was awesome. He didn’t falsely accuse me of turning my heat on and helped me with an issue with my thermostat as I had before.

Very prompt service, technician was professional and thorough, explained our issue in detail. Will use their services in the future for sure.
