I Called on a Saturday around 9am when I noticed my AC was not working. They were there by 10 and had everything fixed and up and running by 11. Rolando is one of the nicest man I have ever met and incredibly knowledgeable in hvac repair. I will NEVER use anyone else.

During the really hot months this summer our ac kept breaking. Other companies couldn’t find the root of the problem and kept trying to upsell us a new unit and tell us we were out of warranty. It wasn’t until we got into contact with RT Cooling that they were able to diagnose the problem correctly and be truthful to us. I was recommended this company by a friend and I reached out instantly. Within a couple hours or less they came to my house, assessed the problem and fixed it! Rolando is very trustworthy and explained what was happening to the ac in a way that was understandable. He reached back again to make sure everything was still working. I was very impressed with Rolando when he came to my home to give me an estimate on upgrading the air ducts. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and displayed excellent customer service. The price was reasonable and I decided to go with them. My AC was not cooling the entire house RT Cooling came in replaced all ductwork, replaced returns and added grills in 3 rooms. These guys worked hard in 130 degree weather in the attic and finished the same day. Amazing job. Turned my two rooms in the back from fiery furnace to comfortable living space. Thank you RT Cooling! RT Cooling & Heating is a first class company! Rolando and Derek are pros who installed a ductless mini-split ac in my garage perfectly. I called to ask about an installation on Friday and they were at my house on Saturday and completed the job. Service that good is hard to find, and also the work was priced fairly. This company will not disappoint, and is a keeper for me.

Horrible experience! Rolando answered my seeking help post on a local community group and told me he would be happy to help with my issue , it took me several day to actually lock in an appointment, very poor communication, not responsive at all! So we finally locked in an appointment between 9-10 am , I arrived at my location at 9am and waited until 10:10 , so I text him , after awhile he text me back and told me he wasn’t going to make it as he has an emergency call in Tampa , no sorry , no follow up , no reschedule offer , just blew me off !! 😡 If you need to count on someone, do not call Rolando at RT Cooling and Heating!!
