Quan, the AC tech that came today spent almost more time today than it took to put In the unit checking everything and making sure the ratios were correct. He brought the coolant up to the 11 degree difference it was supposed to be . It was only 2. The last guy didn't check everything snd the unit has not been working properly for a year or more since the last tech. I give Quan high praise. The company is OK

Absolutely amazing local business. They are always prompt, kind and helpful.

Edit: A year later I feel the need to come back and add that this company has never once let me down. They have rescued us multiple times from having to sweat through the night and were prompt this most recent time when our AC finally died for good. The process of getting a new one was fast, easy, and very fairly priced IMO. It’s fair to say, I’m loyal to FBI Air.

I called FBI Air at 3:30 PM and they sent out Justin and he had the fix done (clogged air conditioner drain tube) by 5:00 PM. Amazing!

FBI AIR - we were scheduled for an 8-10 AM service call - Brandon, the representative arrived before 9:00 AM. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable; answering every question I had for him! Brandon definitely went above and beyond! If you are lucky enough to get him for your technician, you will not be disappointed! Actually, FBI AIR are fortunate to have him for an employee! Called FBI because I had a problem with a previous thermostat they had installed. Austin worked with me and was able to resolve the issue for a minimal upgrade charge. They stood behind their work. Satisfied.

We have had our AC repaired by Sunshine Air for 5 years and they kept coming for the same problem and charge us each time for it. A friend suggested FBI AC to us and it took the technician only one time to finally resolve the problem. You can imagine I only have good words to say about FBI AC repair. It has been 2 months since they have repaired our AC and it has been functioning perfectly fine. We are greatful for their expertise.
