UPDATE: July 2020, had an issue on a Saturday, the tech showed up fast, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and my house is cool again! He told me my inside fan motor might be an issue in the future, I will definitely have them replace it soon. These guys are the BEST!

I have relied upon Performance Air since 2007. They are very reliable, trustworthy and dependable. I do not hesitate in recommending their service. If you need to keep cool, you need Performance Air of SW Florida!
That sounds like a sales pitch, but in all honesty, when the A/C is down I call them, they get here quick and fix the problem.

If 0 stars were possible, that is what they would receive. The tech was supposed to arrive with a filter, but did not. Then he measured and returned with one that did not fit. A third filter was then delivered and my property mgr was going to install it. It arrived, also the wrong size. The filter was returned. He also arrived hours before the agreed upon time window and without calling the property mgr as was agreed upon, so she was grossly inconvenienced each time to meet him at our place. This all took place in June and I just got a bill from them (late Nov) for $46 for servicing and installing a filter. It will not be paid. Poor Performance wound be a more appropriate name.

Our drain was clogged and we called them late Friday night. They sent Josh, who arrived within 20 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, he was very professional, friendly and answered all our questions. He is an asset to the company. I recommend performance air to everyone.

If I could give this company a 10 I would. They consistently exceed expectations! We had to have an air conditioner compressor replaced today. Everyone from the lady who answers the phone, the person who does the scheduling v and the technician who can to our home are extraordinary! Rarely does a company OVER- perform but I guess that's why they are called performance air!

This company did a great job of servicing my mom's A/C when she was very sick on Hospice a few months back in April. When I called the person who answered was so nice on the phone and helped me determine what kind of service call we needed. The tech who came was so caring and made sure that he carefully cleaned out all the parts thoroughly and made sure that the condenser had a new part installed so it would not fail anytime soon. He arranged it so my mom was not charged for the new part. It was such a hot day and he was so sweet and caring towards my mom and he worked so hard. We so appreciated all his kindness at such a hard time. We will make sure the new owners know what a great company Performance Air is so they can continue to have good service for the A/C. Thank you to everyone there.

I used Performance Air of SW Florida for 20 years as Relocation Director for a Large Real Estate company for the corporate property listings I was responsible for. I have used them for close to 30 years in my own homes and have recommended them many times. They are the best, honest and fairly priced.
