I called, and within the thirty minutes he was here. Diego evaluated the situation he immediately took pictures. He was amazing.He came in.And just got the job done, there was no hemming and having. He is also a very nice guy. Very respectable and customer service oriented.

Jordan was very prompt in arriving to our residence. He was able to very quickly diagnose the issue and had our A/C. Back up and running in no time! Jordan was also extremely friendly and knowledgable, we now know what to do to help prevent issues in the future! We will absolutely be calling Jordan and One Way Air if we have any more A/C issue! I wasn’t there this time, my daughter in law handled it for me. They live a street over and she is watching my dogs and home. We have them serviced the same day, one after the other. I always have great service. I had an upgrade and vent cleaning with UV light put in about a month ago, was excited to see the difference inside as I love being shown. I am a visual person. So bummed I wasn’t there to see the results. I will see next time. Nothing but excellence. Think kyle only hires the best of the best!!!!! Very satisfied with service and fair pricing. Needed a heating element replaced to sell our condo and Beau with One Air got me an estimate within 24 hours. Seems like a fair price and looking forward to getting it installed within a couple days. Also this may be one of the only companies with over 1k reviews and perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. Even on short notice, Jeremy was on time. Glancing at our thermostat he knew what the problem was and explained it thoroughly. His repair was efficient. He helped me replace my filters and adjust our vents. He recommended a good clean out liquid to use every three months. Overall, he was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. I’m recommending him to my neighbors just as a neighbor had recommended him to me.

Had Grok check and it picked 4 companies that were the best rated AC operations in Lee County. One Way Air was one. They were timely, the tech was very polite and did a thorough system tuneup. I ended up investing in a 2 year maintenance contract at a VERY good price.

One Way Air is the BEST! AC Technician Diego arrived on time and provided excellent service on our AC checkup. He also recommended and installed a surge protector due to problems we had when power outages occur. I highly recommend them for any AC services you may require.

Andrew was fantastic. He was friendly and professional, and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a new capacitor. Got our AC back up and running at a fair price. We also signed up for their maintenance plan.

Beau was very nice and informative about our air conditioning unit. It would be nice to have him every time for our maintenance .

Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. He showed up the sammed at that we called & explained everything to us & unfortunately we needed a new AC unit. He was able to get our old unit going long enough to get the new one installed the next day which we greatly appreciated. He was also able to get us a decent price on the new unit.

I noticed the a/c not working at 830pm and they had a tech at the house by 9:10. No charges for after hours. Andrew Gutierrez was my tech. He was in and out fast and very professional. He replaced the capacitor and I was back up and running within the hour and the price was fair. I will be using them from now on and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone else.

We needed quick help with a complex Nest thermostat install. One Way Air dispatched Diego, who came out promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us up and running on this hot early fall day!

I called they were here in less than an hour... The AC was blowing 59 degrees... Before he left it was blowing 52 degrees... The house was 80 degrees inside when Andrew left it was already at 75... Very happy with One Way Air... It's definitely who I'll be using in the future for all my AC needs.. Thanks

We have had a bunch of issues since moving into our house. With that, a lot of different companies have come to do repairs. Jeremy Grace was BY FAR the best person that has helped us. Our outside HVAC system was taken out by Ian, including our well and water units, I did a lot of searching for an HVAC company's that was honest and straight forward, I was getting stupid quotes for all the different repairs I had to do...the crooks come out after a hurricane...!

I chose One Way Air as they worked with my budget from the insurance company.

They recommended changes to my old system to solve problems we had in the past and installed a system that is very efficient.
The new system was installed the next day after I lorded it, the install team were highly efficient started at 8am and finish about 6pm amazing team.

You can see from my photos our old unit looks ok until you look inside it was a mess.
