If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ to Ryan Hall from Rocket Cooling, I would. From the minute I called the office for the initial appointment to receive an estimate for a new a/c unit until the first visit, the second visit which included the final paperwork to seal the deal, everything went seamless. Ryan explained equipment, installation timing, finance options, maintenance, warranty and answered every one of my questions professionally and personably. Always a smile. No rush, no pressure, just real and down to earth. Ryan gave me peace of mind. I would recommend Ryan Hall and Rocket Cooling in a heartbeat with no reservations. Thank you.

Not too happy honestly. The tech left his equipment and the AC unit stopped working so we had to have after hours tech return to help us.

My air went down and I called the office. They quickly took my info and Ryan Hall came out and thoroughly went over my unit and got me up and running in no time.

No one showed up
Called in the morning to confirm appointment I was told the technician would be there between two and four And that I could expect a text from the technician when they were on their way
Never received a text or phone call from the technician or the office stating that they were not going to come

Experienced Tech cleaned and checked the A/C system efficiently and explained what he was doing. This was my first PM as a second owner and I will continue to use them in 6 month intervals.

We have been using Rocket Cooling to several years. They are easy to work with and their technicians are very thorough and professional.

Daniel was timely, communicated very effectively and did a great job for us! I would have him back again

I asked a few questions. He answered them. Before he left he made sure I did not have any more questions. He spoke very highly of the equipment installed, management team and his co workers. I did not watch him work. I receive an email with the numbers he got from his equipment.

Existing system was failing. Brad explained the problem clearly and was able to find a replacement at a reasonable price. He was patient, thorough, and exceptionally helpful.
