They were an exceptional company that installed new roofs, carports, gutters and soffits for the 52 units in my association in Fort Myers FL. They were professional, neat and clean everyday his workers cleaned up. They worked from morning until into the dark on the roofs. I even watched them continue to work in the rain. They are an excellent company to hire you will not be disappointed.

They are absolutely phenomenal, If I could give 10 stars I would. They told me the roof would be done within 30 days after I gave my down payment and they got my roof done in 17 days! Top tier excellent work, no hiccups and efficient clean up!

I needed a new roof after Hurricane Ian. I didn't know any roofers but Seacoast was replacing 20 other homes in my neighborhood, I met with Joe and then Clear the owner. They were amazing at first my insurance didn't cover the cost of the replacement but Seacoast said they would work with the insurance company and it worked out. Everyone was professional and were quick to respond to any concerns. They showed up and worked 12 hour days.They installed my roof soffits, gutters. The workers cleaned up at the end of the day. I have referred this company to other individual homeowners as well as condo associations. The first association was 52 units and they did roofs, carports, storage closets, soffits and gutters. All the homeowners were pleased with their work. Then I referred to another association with 120 units they did roofs, carports, storage closets, gutters and soffits.They chose them because of my referral as well as competitive pricing. They are an exceptional company you will be quite pleased with their work ethic, pricing and finished product.

Sinply amazing ! They had my roof done with in weeks (not months or years like other companies) and needless to say my roof looks amazing, the crew cleaned up so nicely after also, next is the remodeling of some things inside. Following Hurricane Ian, it was determined that we needed our tile roof replaced. We did our homework and investigated various options. We decided that a metal roof was the best option, but liked the barrel tile look. We found several brands and obtained quotes, but after more research decided upon the Roser Cleo as the look we wanted. We called the manufacturer for dealer recommendations. They gave us several names, and after talking with Sea Coast Building and Design, we chose them to install our stone coated steel barrel tile.
They worked with us on our timeline. The old roof was removed and “dried in” in one day. The new roof was begun within a few days. The entire project was completed start to finish in less than a month. The workers were efficient and worked well with each other. Crew bosses were friendly and answered any questions we had and explained what and why things were done in a particular way.
We believe we chose the best team to replace our roof, as well as the best roof.
Customer service worked with us and addressed our questions and concerns.
Pricing was fair and comparable to other roofs of this type.
We have gotten multiple complements on our roof. People find it difficult to believe it is metal and not tile!

Seacoast Building & Design is a very professional and quality company for any job they perform for you. This company transformed a very sad looking duplex in Lehigh Acres, to a beautiful updated duplex. We initially needed a new roof, soffit and fascia installed after the hurricane, and the quality of the roof was outstanding. Talking with the company representative, Chandra, we decided to have the entire duplex painted and concrete driveways installed by Seacoast Building & Design. We live out of state, so this process was not easy, but Chandra made sure to keep us informed of every process of the changes. If you are looking for an excellent company that represents quality and professionalism, I highly recommend Seacoast Building & Design.

This company is fabulous.! They installed a Stone Coast Metal Roof Barrel Tile color Mission Red roof. They also rebuild my exterior wall that fell down during the hurricane in 2 days. I get complements from my neighbors all the time. The company always answered their phone and provided ideas of design looks from my home, interior and exterior. The cost was reasonable and highly recommended from other homeowners. As complicated, I can be I highly recommend this company for anything you need for your home design and roofing.

Seacoast replaced a tile roof with Roser metal material that resembles barrel tile. Product looks great. From beginning to end Seacoast process was efficient &professional. Sales rep worked to get specs &contract terms finalized timely. Project coordinator dis excellent job communicating ,scheduling material ,and work crews.Tear-off crew was efficient ,protected my property & cleaned site. Install crew very good. Their gutter sub contractor was equally good & efficient. I was impressed with remediation when a small leak was discovered. Crew out next day. Finally, owner visited to verify work was done to his standards & my satisfaction.

I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest assessment of the work that needs to be done on their roof. He also can use high-quality drone technology to take thermal images of potential water damage on your roof.

Seacoast Building and Design did a first class jobe replacing our roof. Clear Dayland gave us expertt advice on how to handle the insurance claim and provided all the necessary documentaion for our claim. The roof replacement went as planned on time; on budget; staff and work crew were all very diligent and professional.

It was our lucky day when Giancarlo Antonelli stopped by to ask if we wanted an estimate for our pool cage recently destroyed by Hurricane Milton. I have heard so many contractor horror stories from others with storm damage. Our experience with Giancarlo and Seacoast has been just the opposite. He has kept us informed every step of the way on our paver installation and lanai cage. They turned out beautiful and the pool cage looks like it is made to last. Mr. Antonelli's knowledge and oversight on our projects have been first-rate, and we could not be happier with his service on the estimates and projects. After seeing the results of their first two endeavors, we are already planning another with Seacoast & Giancarlo. We would highly recommend both for your next project!

Our roof was done in a timely manner. We were pleased. After a few weeks, a white substance began to show over much of the mocha colored roof. Even neighbors mentioned that they felt something was not right. Our seacoast representative called it effluorescence And said rain would wash it right away. It is seven months now… Our roof does not look new. Repeated calls brought Tile and building reps out. We were told it would be cleaned sometime ago. No sign of follow through. We are disappointed and frustrated…

Seacoast was great. We had them help them with our insurance claim. Most of our neighbors had to extra funds pay out-of-pocket above what the insurance gave because they didn't get a full replacement. I didn't come up with any extra money over my deductible. We had everything taken care of. Everything was nice and easy. Mike was great and we would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I had my roof redone after the hurricane and Giancarlo Antonelli was awesome! From his knowledge, professional style and how he expedited the process was amazing! He was patient, kind and caring! He led me through the process every step of the way!

I just had to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Seacoast Building and Design, and especially with Giancarlo Antonelli, the kind young man who helped me through it all. At my age—I'm 80 now—and not being very good with all this modern technology, it meant the world to have someone like Giancarlo by my side.

After Hurricane Milton, I didn’t even realize my roof had been damaged. Giancarlo came to my door, pointed it out so kindly, and explained how my homeowner’s insurance might cover it. I would have never known! He took care of everything—he met with the insurance man, handled all the paperwork, and made sure I was taken care of. The only thing I had to pay was my deductible.

I’ve dealt with many contractors in my lifetime, and let me tell you, none have been as professional, respectful, and hardworking as this group. The crew was just wonderful—so polite and tidy—and the whole process went smoother than I ever imagined. My new roof looks beautiful, and I feel so relieved knowing it’s all taken care of.

I volunteered to submit my comments regarding Seacoast Building and Design installation and communication process used throughout the retiling of my roof in Lakewood Ranch.

Let me begin my comments by saying that Seacoast, delivered ALL promises made. They can be totally trusted and will Deliver on their promises based on my experience with them.
They completed our tile roof " on time" and "on budget". There was never any pressure to confirm the commission to install the new tile roof. Different tile roof samples were delivered, free of charge, with no commitments to proceed or use Seacoast as the final contractor.
We were first approached by Seacoast to inspect our roof, which was 25 years old and showing signs of deterioration and leaks which were occurring intermittently, but successfully repaired. We were unsuccessful seeking significant insurance coverage, albeit with Seacoast's support. An agreement was signed as we pursued the insurance coverage with the understanding there was no commitment to use Seacoast as the contractor to install the new tile, if we decided not to pursue insurance support.
Although we could proceed to seek insurance coverage with Seacoast's support, we decided to request a cash quote.
We elected to use Seacoast to install our new tile roof. The total price was competitive within our neighborhood, and we had No surprise charges. Everything was considered and included in the quote (new gutters, plywood needs if any, painting using approved HOA permits etc.) with pre-inspection completed.
Now is the best time to recognize our Seacoast representative. Giancarlo Antonelli. Seacoast is indeed fortunate to have him in their employ as we were having him as our contract manager. His communication process and skills exceeded all expectations. He quickly responded to all requests. In our case, he responded during and after business hours, including holidays, weekends, day and night. While he did not always have the answer, he would investigate and respond with his plan of actions, to resolution!
He gave regular updates at every step of the tile roof replacement process including many photos. He ensured all materials were delivered on time, in exactly the location preauthorized. Our home was protected from any external damage during and throughout the re-tiling process. The old tile was removed, and the roof was completely sealed on the same day, which significantly reduced any chance of water penetration. There was no internal water penetration or any damages due to the reroofing process. A thorough post inspection was completed and communicated.
All paperwork was completed on time and a completed package was delivered for future reference.
We were completely satisfied with the workmanship and the outstanding leadership from Giancarlo Antonelli of Seacoast Building and Design.
We would highly recommend Seacoast Building and Design.
