Reviews of local pros in Lehigh Acres, Florida

We highly recommend Seacoast Building & Design! Their in-house extremely knowledgeable attorney helped settle our hurricane insurance claim. There was no waiting period to have our new Roser Barrel End metal roof installed! Installers were on time, efficient, hardworking and cleaned up each day. It was a pleasure to work with the project manager, Giancarlo (John Carlo) Antonelli. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and took time to check in with us through each step. He returned phone calls and emails promptly.

In the fall of 2024, the roof on my in-laws home on 8080 Cardena Lane Sarasota was damaged by Hurricane Milton. Greg Bertels of Seacoast Building & Design was their contractor. He was EXCELLENT! His communication was outstanding. He and his team took care of every detail, cleaned up efficiently and the roof is beautiful. Don't hesitate to call Seacoast, they do not disappoint.

Adam Costa and Clear Dayland were very professional, helpful, courteous, and thorough in all details of our roof replacement project. Adam is very knowledgeable of all construction project nuances including building codes, and insurance adjuster interactions. The project took 2 weeks as promised. The various specialist work crews worked very well together. They were impressive to watch. The worksite was always in good order with no overnight dumpsters, or material handling equipment. We recommend Seacoast without reservation. We observed several roof replacement projects in our neighborhood over the last 6 weeks and Seacoast's performance was outstanding. They did exactly what they said they would do in the way they said they would do it.

Seacoast has been amazing from the get go. Johncarlo was my salesman and from day one he has worked with me and made the whole insurance process so easy. He was more of a friend than salesman. Clear and Johncarlo worked with my adjuster and got all approved. My roof and gutters are amazing. Thank you guys for all you work on getting my house back together.

Adam was phenomenal. Very personable, and knowledgeable of all services Seacoast Building offers. This go round we were in desperate need of gutters, as our land is being slowly eroding by mother nature. Adam and Clear and made it happen. They are affordable, prompt, and my gutters look great!! I'll definitely be returning for our next project.

Greg Bertels did a fantastic job coordinating with the estimate and the insurance company relative to the damage caused to our home by Hurricane Milton. He continously kept us apprised of the progress from claim submission to final resolution of the claim. Once approved, the quality of the removal process and the subsequent repair was done with excellent workmanship.
I would highly recommend Seacoast for any repairs you may need.

Giancarlo and Gregg were a dream team to work with. Seacoast Building and Design delivered exceptional service and follow up. Our new roof is gorgeous, the team kept the job site extremely clean, there was no disruption to us at all. We could not be happier.

I had an outstanding experience with Adam & Robbie following the hurricane damage we received from Milton. They repaired my roof, rebuilt my pool cage from the ground up; they did everything they promised and more! I would wholeheartedly endorse using them for any of your construction needs. They were timely, they were honest, and I would recommend them anytime!

We highly recommend Seacoast building and design. We had to have our roof replaced due to hurricane Milton. Greg Bertels was our project manager. He was awesome. He walked us through every detail. His team was excellent! They were always on time, cleaned up everything and the roof is beautiful. We could not be more pleased!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars for SeaCoast Construction & Mike Holmes!

I highly recommend SeaCoast Building & Design for any major restoration or roofing project, especially if you're dealing with a difficult insurance claim.

After Hurricane Milton, the process with my insurance company was a nightmare—my initial claim was denied for being below my deductible, and I felt completely stuck.

That's when Mike Holmes stepped in. He and the SeaCoast team were not just contractors; they were true advocates.

Exceptional Advocacy: Mike personally managed the claim, pushing back against the insurance company's low offer. He explored every option, even recommending specialized third-party estimating services to break the negotiation impasse.

Detailed & Quality Work: SeaCoast's estimate was detailed and thorough, covering a full roof replacement, interior repairs, and other critical items the insurer initially excluded, resulting in a final approved scope of well over $100,000. from the original estimate from the insurance of less than $15,000.

Outstanding Communication: Mike was always available to answer questions and keep me informed, making me feel supported throughout the entire process.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and high-quality contractor who will fight for you and your home, choose Mike Holmes and SeaCoast Construction. They delivered exactly as promised, and I am a completely satisfied customer.

Great contracting agency! Professional and hard working!

Always great quality work, and the team is diligent in getting the job done correctly on time. I highly recommend their services on all projects.

Wonderful experience. Luis is a great communicator and my job came out beautiful

Dont judge a book by its cover, owner is kinda intimidating but turns out he's just a gentle giant.
Mom and pop company with family values, crew big enough to get whatever project you throw at them, definitely 10/10

You’ll be hard pressed to find someone who cares as much about the quality of their work product as Luis and his team do! They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time and completed on schedule.

Jose, Luis and the entire Laguna Contracting, Inc. crew have done an outstanding performance for us as they did various work for us over the last 2 plus years. Sand Construction, LLC is a Florida CGC builder which did all the rebuilding of an 11 & 12 story condo buildings with 104 condos on the beach at the Caper Beach Club at 2800 Estero Blvd in Fort Myers Beach, FL. After Hurricane Ian hit Caper Beach Club hard in Sept of 2022 we hired Laguna Contracting to do all the concrete curbs, concrete flatwork, concrete column repairs, block walls, stucco, pavers, and much more at Caper Beach Club. Laguna's crews are extremely hard working, very dependable, always do high quality work and they show up when they say they would. I Use them regularly. I have been hiring Laguna Construction for probably 10 years. We are a small gc and Jose and Luis handle all my concrete needs. The have done slab to tie beam new construction projects, sidewalks , driveways, culverts, general demolition, …. Whenever I hire them I know I will get quality work and it will be exactly what we discussed. Many times they are slow to give an estimate, but the prices are always fair and if they say they will be here a certain day, I know they will be there. Great company all around. I have also referred them to other contractors and have yet to hear a complaint.

Great company to work with. Luis was always there when I needed him. We did a lot of demo and concrete. I will definitely hire Laguna Contracting in the future.
During hurricane Ian Luis and his family saved myself my girlfriend and the dog from starving. If there were 100 stars they would get them. Great company.

Great company!
