380 Dollars spent 2 weeks ago to fix dryer. Dryer quit working today. When I call the number it's someone saying they are a "locksmith". Super shady. Stay away.

I called on a Saturday and they sent a tech out from another company Appliance Repair So that evening. The tech watched a video on his phone and quoted replacing shift actuator and control board for $308. I scheduled for Monday evening between 4 and 7. No one showed or called. I called them at 8:00 pm to schedule for Tuesday. The same tech came out at 7:30 Tuesday evening and replaced the shift actuator (30 mins of work and a part that costs $50). He said to run a normal cycle and call back if it doesn't work. It worked just fine. I called on Wednesday because I paid for a shift actuator and control board to be replaced according to the invoice. The gentleman I spoke with said the bill amount was right for the work performed. But if I need the control board replaced within 90 days I would only need to pay for the part. I do not recommend this company.
