on Oct 20 th I found my refrigerator had stopped working and we had just filled it up with meat for the month .I did not want to loose it so I STARTED TO LOOK IT UP ON google AND FOUND OUT IT WAS THE MOTHER BOARD so I looked on the internet found one in Naples Fl. but 2 hrs away at a high price so kept on looking and found one on the internet but take 3 days for Del. then I found Rusty Hipp He got me hooked up at a Great price and in 2 Hrs. saved all my Meat we just bought Very good Service

Had a problem with my fridge, it was quickly evaluated and got honest advice to invest in a new one rather than spend a lot of money on repairs. Had a problem with my dryer, a couple of turns of the screwdriver and all is good again. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much.

Love these guys! Got a used washer that was in like new condition and though I had a small issue that kept occuring a few times they were always quick to come out to fix it or pick up the machine to take it back to their place to fix it and then pretty qucik about bringing it back out to me and putting it back into its place and hooking it back up, etc.. I recommend them to anyone in need of USED applicances. They were fair and honest and would not sell me somthing just because they had it there for sale because as Julio said he did not want me to be disatisfied and have issues.

Excellent! Fixed our fridge same day rather then sell me a new one. It works great, Thank You. When my oven died and parts were not available, sold me a like new one and it looks great. Prices are very competitive and inline with the area market.

Our refrigerator went out on Wednesday & by Thursday at lunch time he had it back up & running!! He also made it here on time & didn't leave a mess after repairing. Will definitely use again!

Samsung dryer stopped heating. Called Appliance Medic yesterday. Shannon arrived this morning and had us drying clothes within the hour of his arrival. Very professional, great service and a 10% veterans discount!! Highly recommended!!

I run a dog rescue, and need my washer greatly! Shannon at Appliance Medic came out and quickly assessed the problem, saving me much money, time, and frustration. I’m now back up and running with my washer, and am super grateful to Shannon and the team at Appliance Medic. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with my ice maker. Tech said I would need a new motor so I bought one from him for $200. It didn't make a dfference at all so tech offered my money back. I told him to keep enough for the service call and we agreed on a $150 refund. Weeks went by and no refund. I called Buffy the office person and she said she would send it. Weeks went by again with no refund. After yet another call Buffy said she would drive it over to my house that day. Again nothing she said happened. Buffy no longer takes my calls or responds to my voicemails. Completely unproffesional.
This is a small company with little resourses to repair appliances, but unfortunately Buffy has even less integrety and proffeionalism.

Our Maytag washer broke, so we called Appliance Medic LLC. They took our service call the same day and sent someone out within hours, for a very reasonable price. We are very grateful for the promptest and timeliest of their team member Shannon! We would defiantly recommend them to all of our friends and family!!

Our Samsung dryer stopped working, we called Appliance Medic and they responded quickly, had someone come and check out the problem, ordered the part and were back in a few days to fix the Dryer. All done in a timely manner and charged a reasonable price for the job done. Everyone was courteous and professional. Thank you very much.

So I had these folks out to my place to take a look at the fridge on Thursday. They were to order a part and ring me back with the particulars. It is now Monday at noon and I've not heard back nor does anybody pick up the phone when you call.

I thought it was odd when they left after the service call that nothing was signed, no information was exchanged and I was left with only the promise of a call. I will update this review if things change but otherwise I would advise finding another professional to do the job.

UPDATE: THEY CALLED BACK. The news wasn't good but they did their diligence and I cannot complain.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was robbed by them for not able to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine. The tech that came to my house was very rude and unprofessional and my machine did not get fix and they still charged me. I had to end up calling a different company. Please stay away from them

I called Appliance Medic after my washer machine wasn’t spinning correctly. While here, I also had the tech look at dryer. He told me I needed to buy parts for each. After replacing parts, my washer still wasn’t spinning. He came back and told me, oops! The part was replaced in error and I’m better off buying a new washer and he’ll refund my money. I’ve made numerous calls and no refund. I see this issue has occurred with a previous customer. It’s a shame because I like to support locals, but I will never call this business again! Beware.

Literally, just received a call from Shannon apologizing for dropping the ball! I commend him and hope he fulfills his promise to make it right. He told me I didn’t have to change the review, since it was his fault and the truth, but he’s not a thief. He’s not a thief! I too will change my review if he keeps his word. Keeping small businesses working, especially where we live, is important!
