I called FBI Air at 3:30 PM and they sent out Justin and he had the fix done (clogged air conditioner drain tube) by 5:00 PM. Amazing!

FBI AIR - we were scheduled for an 8-10 AM service call - Brandon, the representative arrived before 9:00 AM. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable; answering every question I had for him! Brandon definitely went above and beyond! If you are lucky enough to get him for your technician, you will not be disappointed! Actually, FBI AIR are fortunate to have him for an employee! Called FBI because I had a problem with a previous thermostat they had installed. Austin worked with me and was able to resolve the issue for a minimal upgrade charge. They stood behind their work. Satisfied.

We have had our AC repaired by Sunshine Air for 5 years and they kept coming for the same problem and charge us each time for it. A friend suggested FBI AC to us and it took the technician only one time to finally resolve the problem. You can imagine I only have good words to say about FBI AC repair.
