This company is great I spoke to Luis he came out to my home and evaluated my A/C and fixed right away saved me over $1k highly recommend them.

Jorge and EJ came out, super cool guys. right away they found my issue and got it working until new parts come in. Definitely, definitely recommend Val air, and would refer these two awesome fellas!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!

Technician arrived at scheduled time and took care of the repair of the compressor (outside unit).
Also a full check and cleaning of the condenser (indoor unit) was done.
All at great satisfaction.

I called around 10:30 AM, the person on the phone sent technician they were in my house around 10 min after. They came in identify the issue, left to pickup the Motor Fan Condenser, came in installed it. I had A/C by 12. Crazy fast, if you are looking for results these guys are it.

I was shocked someone answered the phone to begin with on a Sunday. A lady named Darlene answered and was super nice and helpful. My new friend George came out and quickly figured out what was going on. Sadly we needed parts but they showed up the next morning with parts in hand. This is my new go to for AC! Very happy camper here!

The company did an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing the AC balance in my house. The work was professionally done at a competitive price. The also installed my Nest Thermostat. Excellent workmanship.

This business is composed of very nice people, professional, and knowledgeable and best of all very reasonable. The three young man Louis sent to do the job we're very knowledgeable, respectful and answer all my questions with an explanation. I have used Val Air for many properties in SW Florida. They are always reliable and do quality work at a reasonable price. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me like I do with some other vendors. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience. AC went out, and the techs came out found the problem (burnt out compressor still under warranty), they were able to locate a new one, and get it installed in the same day. Was worried about going without AC over the weekend, but they were expedient and professional every step of the way.

So grateful for the kindness and honesty from the attendant. Fair price, especially for a weekend and holiday. We will use them again for our AC needs.

Several weeks ago they came to clean vents. They blew circuit breaker and did not know how to reset it. I tried to reset it without success. The switch wouldn't flip. Called them and nothing was done. Spent several days with no electricity in livingroom, bathroom, hallway and outside until I could get someone to fix the problem. We are elderly seniors. I called several times last week and this week to have maintenence done on ac unit and now they won't return my call. I am disheartened because they were the best at maintenance. Went with a business I don't know and that doesn't make me happy.
