Greg was an amazing technician. It took him seconds to diagnose the problem I had with my thermostat not connecting to my hvac properly. He resolved it within minutes, ran additional tests to make sure it was fixed and that I didn’t have any other problems, and thoroughly explained all the issues and how to prevent it from happening again and what to do if it did happen again. Greg’s kind and relaxed attitude, ability to quickly diagnose and fix, and ability to explain in simple terms the entire situation made this a phenomenal experience. I will be using Whitney for all of my future hvac services.

Right front the start, Brandon Williams was kind, friendly, and patient. We've had our A/C unit poorly disconnected for several weeks now due to another company scamming us, but Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained the reinstall process so my husband and I could easily understand and feel at ease. Randy and Zach were prompt to the job and stayed at it until the work was done. I was able to watch them in action and Randy went above and beyond in explaining the repair and going over another issue with the plumbing while he was there.

Julian was great! Arrived on time and worked hard. He installed three fans for us and swapped out our bathroom vent fan. Cleaned up and was super professional! Would use them again for sure.
