We had a very positive experience with all the work we had done. Christina in the office was a pleasure to work with, very communicative and on top of things. I really liked how you get a text when the technician is on their way, as well as their picture. Jacob and Brandon did a great job and Jacob went out of his way to answer all of our questions. Julian and his assistant did electrical work and I really appreciated how they cleaned up after everything, just really respectful of our space. I do want to call out Tom Bosley because he is the reason that I chose to go with Whitney. He outlined clear expectations and was not trying to oversell or over promise. He was informative and thorough.

Brandon was great! Came out and diagnosed and did maintenance on our heat pump (in 95 degree weather 😅)He was Very respectable and spent the time explaining what he found. Would highly recommend Brandon & Whitney Services!

Hashem Elhassan was fantastic, had a breaker panal issue and he arrived later in the day but performed his service efficiently. He took time two double check something and talk us though any concerns even though it was late in the evening.

Jason J was very friendly and helped fix my issue quickly. He explained pricing up front and made sure I understood before working. He even took the time to explain what was wrong and how I can resolve such issues going forward. Overall a great experience.

Provided me with other details and services that’s needed around my home. Hashem provided 5 star service and will be contacting Whitney Services again for my future needs.

James was awesome but dealing with Whitney plumbing was ok. They have an ai not that answers the phone and they are not available during company meetings which makes a plumbing emergency services delayed.

Whitney services has provided electrical work to my property previously, and Jake was the technician. Jake was great, but he has moved on and now Craig has continued some work on my property. James Reaves was great. He called me when he was on his way with an approximate time and then again when he was close by. He was very knowledgeable. He got the job done (pipe repair) and cleaned the area when finished. I was very pleased with his work. This was an insurance claim so I don't know the cost of the repair service.
